本出願は、2011年7月19日に、中華人民共和国の中華人民共和国国家知識産権局に出願された中国特許出願第201120255383.9号の優先権の利益を主張し、該出願の内容の全てはここに参照されて包含される。
Claims (13)
- トレイと、
帯板で前記トレイに固定された少なくとも1個のバッテリモジュールと、
を含む電気自動車用の電力供給装置であって、
各バッテリモジュールは、
前記トレイに載置される底板と、前記底板に配置される第1乃至第4の側板と、を備えるハウジングであって、前記第1及び第3の側板が厚さ方向において互いに向かい合い、前記第2及び第4の側板が前後方向において互いに向かい合うハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、厚さ方向に沿って配列される複数個の電池を備えるバッテリパックと、
前記第1の側板と前記バッテリパックとの間、及び前記第3の側板と前記バッテリパックとの間にそれぞれ配置される、前記バッテリパックを固定するための、第1の可撓性部材と、
を含む、
電力供給装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記バッテリパックを固定するための少なくとも1つの支持棒を、さらに含む、
請求項1に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記支持棒は、第1乃至第6の支持棒を含み、
前記第1及び第4の支持棒は、前後方向において、前記第1の側板の両端にそれぞれ配置され、
前記第2及び第3の支持棒は、前後方向において、前記第3の側板の両端にそれぞれ配置され、
前記第5の支持棒は、前記第1及び第2の支持棒の間に接続され、
前記第6の支持棒は、前記第3及び第4の支持棒の間に接続される、
請求項2に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記帯板は帯状の形態であり、
前記帯板の一端は前記トレイに固定され、前記帯板の他端は前記第1の側板、前記バッテリモジュールの上面、及び前記第3の側板を順に通って、最後に前記トレイに固定される、
請求項1に記載の電力供給装置。 - 2個の帯板が配置される、
請求項4に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記2個の帯板は互いに平行である、
請求項5に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第1及び第3の側板の外表面に、傾斜面をそれぞれ備える突出部がそれぞれ配置され、
前記帯板の他端は、前記第1の側板の傾斜面を備える突出部、前記バッテリモジュールの上面、及び前記第3の側面の傾斜面を備える突出部を順に通って、最後に前記トレイに固定される、
請求項4に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第1及び第3の側板は、金属材料で作られている、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第2及び第4の側板は、プラスチック材料で作られている、
請求項8に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記帯板の両端は前記トレイにネジでそれぞれ固定される、
請求項4又は7に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第2の側板と前記バッテリパックとの間、及び前記第4の側板と前記バッテリパックとの間にそれぞれ載置される、前記電池のタブを保護するための、第2の可撓性部材を、さらに含む、
請求項1に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の可撓性部材は、熱可塑性エラストマーで作られている、
請求項11に記載の電力供給装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の可撓性部材は、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー、シリカゲル、又はこれらの組み合わせで作られている、
