Claims (14)
- 基部と、前記基部から延びる側部と、前記側部によって画定される開口とを有する蓄電池筐体の中に再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルを挿入するステップであって、前記再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルが前記開口を通して前記蓄電池筐体の中に挿入される、ステップと、
前記再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セル上に第1の絶縁体を装着するステップと、
前記第1の絶縁体上に、前記第1の絶縁体とは異なる材料で形成された第2の絶縁体を装着するステップと、
前記第1の絶縁体および前記第2の絶縁体と、前記再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルとが、前記筐体カバーと前記筐体の基部との間で圧縮状態に維持されるように、筐体カバーを前記蓄電池筐体に固定するステップと
を含む、再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。 - 前記第1の絶縁体が雲母板を備え、前記第2の絶縁体が発泡性絶縁体を備える、請求項1に記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁体が繊維ガラスを備え、前記第2の絶縁体が雲母板を備える、請求項1に記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記筐体カバーが前記蓄電池筐体に固定されると、前記第1の絶縁体および前記第2の絶縁体が、前記基部と前記筐体カバーとの間の方向に少なくとも5%圧縮される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記筐体カバーを前記蓄電池筐体に固定するステップが、前記第1の絶縁体および前記第2の絶縁体を圧縮するために少なくとも1.7kpaの力を前記筐体カバーに加えるステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁体および前記第2の絶縁体の圧縮が、前記筐体カバーと前記筐体の基部との間の方向に前記エネルギー貯蔵セルが移動するのを阻止する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記蓄電池筐体の前記側部が、前記蓄電池筐体のほぼ矩形の断面を形成する4つの側面を含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記蓄電池筐体が深絞り囲いを含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記蓄電池筐体の前記側部が、前記基部と溶接されて前記蓄電池筐体を形成する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記筐体カバーが、溶接によって前記蓄電池筐体に固定される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記筐体カバーが、機械的締め具によって前記蓄電池筐体に固定される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記筐体カバーを前記蓄電池筐体に固定した後で、前記再充電可能蓄電池を排気するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 前記再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルがハロゲン化ナトリウムセルである、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の再充電可能蓄電池を組み立てる方法。
- 基部と、前記基部から延びる側部と、前記側部によって画定される開口とを有する蓄電池筐体と、
前記蓄電池筐体に固定される筐体カバーと、
エネルギー貯蔵セルの少なくとも一部が互いに電気的に接続された状態で、前記蓄電池筐体内に配置された複数の再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルと、
前記再充電可能エネルギー貯蔵セルと前記筐体カバーとの間に配置された第1の絶縁体と、
前記第1の絶縁体と前記筐体カバーとの間に配置され、前記第1の絶縁体とは異なる材料で形成された第2の絶縁体と、
を備え、
前記第1の絶縁体および前記第2の絶縁体と、前記エネルギー貯蔵セルとが、前記筐体カバーと前記筐体の基部との間で圧縮状態に維持される、
再充電可能蓄電池。
