Description
Claims (10)
- 特に自動車の内燃エンジンの排気システム用の消音装置であって、
周方向(5)に閉鎖され、軸方向(4)に互いに離れている長手方向における2つの端部の各々上に端部ベース(6)を備える周方向シェル(3)を備えるハウジング(2)と、
前記ハウジング(2)内に配置され、少なくとも1つの排気ガス用吸気パイプ(8)と少なくとも1つの排気ガス用排気パイプ(10)とを備える消音装置挿入物(15)とを備え、
前記シェル(3)は、周方向(5)に分割され、前記パイプ(8、10)の一方が内部から挿入される少なくとも1つの開口(7、9)を有する少なくとも1つのシェル部分(11、12)を備え、
分割した前記シェル(3)は、少なくとも1つの吸気シェル部分(11)と1つの排気シェル部分(12)とを備え、
前記吸気シェル部分(11)は、このような吸気パイプ(8)が内部から挿入される少なくとも1つの吸気開口(7)を備え、
排気シェル部分(12)は、内部からこのような1つの排気パイプ(10)が挿入される少なくとも1つの排気開口(9)を備える消音装置。 - 前記消音装置挿入部(15)の全ての吸気パイプ(8)と全ての排気パイプ(10)が、内部から前記吸気開口(7)及び排気開口(9)内に挿入される請求項1に記載の消音装置。
- 前記各吸気パイプ(8)及び/または前記各排気パイプ(10)は、L字状に角度を持ち、前記各パイプ(8、10)の第一脚部(24、26)が、前記各開口(7、9)内に挿入され、前記各パイプ(8、10)の第二脚部(25、27)が、長手方向中心軸(28、29)の周りを回転可能に前記消音装置挿入部(15)上に配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の消音装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記吸気開口(7)と少なくとも1つの前記排気開口(9)が互いに対向する位置に配置されている請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の消音装置。
- 前記端部ベース(6)の少なくとも1つは、特にじょうご状に、外側に向いた屈曲を有し、前記屈曲は、ハウジング(2)内で、追加容量を制限し、ハウジング(2)の内部(23)を、すなわち、特にシェル(3)の軸方向外部を軸方向に拡大させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の消音装置。
- 前記周方向(5)の前記シェル(3)は、
2つの前記シェル部分(11、12)に分割され、前記吸気シェル部分(11)及び前記排気シェル部分(12)のみを備え、
2つの前記シェル部分(11、12)は、周方向端部(14、18)の領域において互いに締結され、及び/または、
前記シェル部分(11、12)の前記周方向端部(14、18)が、前記軸方向(4)に平行して直線的に伸び、及び/または、
2つの前記シェル部分(11、12)が前記周方向端部(14、18)の領域において径方向に重複し、及び/または、
一方の前記シェル部分(11)が他方の前記シェル部分(12)内に径方向に挿入される請求項5に記載の消音装置。 - 前記消音装置挿入部(15)が2つの中間ベース(16)を備え、
第一中間ベース(16)は、第一端部ベース(6)を用いて第一チャンバ(30)を軸方向に制限し、
前記第一中間ベース(16)は、第二中間ベース(16)を用いて第二チャンバ(31)を軸方向に制限し、
前記第二中間ベース(16)は、第二端部ベース(6)を用いて第三チャンバー(32)を軸方向に制限し、
少なくとも1つの前記吸気パイプ(8)は、前記第二チャンバ(31)を通じて延び、前記第一中間ベース(16)を通過して、前記第一チャンバ(30)に流体的に接続され、
少なくとも1つの前記排気パイプ(10)が、前記第三チャンバ(32)を通じて前記第一チャンバ(30)に流体的に接続され、第二中間ベース(16)、第二チャンバ(31)を通過し、第一中間ベース(16)を通過する請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の消音装置。 - 前記消音装置挿入部(15)は、少なくとも1つの接続パイプ(33)を備え、前記接続パイプ(33)は、前記第二チャンバ(31)を通して延在し、少なくとも1つの前記中間ベース(16)を通過し、他の前記チャンバ(30、32)の少なくとも1つに流体的に接続され、及び/または、
少なくとも1つの前記吸気パイプ(8)が、前記第二チャンバ(31)内で孔が開けられ、及び/または
少なくとも1つの前記排気パイプ(10)が前記第二チャンバ(31)内、及び/または前記第三チャンバ(32)内で孔が開けられ、及び/または、
前記少なくとも1つの前記接続パイプ(33)が、前記第二チャンバ(31)内で孔が開けられ、及び/または、
前記第二チャンバ(31)及び/または前記第三チャンバ(32)は、吸音手段で充填されている請求項7に記載の消音装置。 - 1つの前記シェル部分(12)が、前記周方向(5)に180度以上延在する請求項5又は請求項6に記載の消音装置。
- 消音装置挿入部(15)が、前記吸気シェル部分(11)内または前記排気シェル部分(12)内に径方向に挿入され、少なくとも1つの前記吸気パイプ(8)が内部から少なくとも1つの前記排気開口(7)内に挿入され、または少なくとも1つの前記排気パイプ(10)が内部から少なくとも1つの前記排気開口(9)内に挿入され、
前記排気シェル部分(12)は、前記吸気シェル部分(11)に径方向に取り付けられ、または、前記吸気シェル部分(11)は、前記排気シェル部分(12)に径方向に取り付けられ、少なくとも1つの前記排気パイプ(10)が内部から少なくとも1つの前記排気開口(9)内に挿入され、または少なくとも1つの前記吸気パイプ(8)が内部から少なくとも1つの前記吸気開口(7)内に挿入される請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の消音装置の生産方法。
