Claims (34)
- 血管に接触する環状部材、及び
環状部材に固定され、血管内を流れる物質を所定の持続時間にわたって捕捉する複数の吸収性捕捉部材
を含む吸収性フィルタ。 - 複数の吸収性捕捉部材が両端部を有しており、両端部は環状部材に取り付けられて湾曲部を形成しており、両端部の取り付けは、複数の湾曲部が全体として捕捉バスケットを形成するようになされている請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 複数の吸収性捕捉部材が両端部を有しており、両端部は環状部材に取り付けられて湾曲部を形成しており、少なくとも一つの捕捉部材が複数の湾曲部を一体化して捕捉バスケットを形成するように作用する請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 複数の吸収性捕捉部材が両端部を有しており、両端部は環状部材に取り付けられて湾曲部を形成しており、湾曲部は環状部材の径方向の中心まで延びておらず、少なくとも一つの捕捉部材が複数の湾曲部を一体化して捕捉バスケットを形成するように作用する請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 時間の経過とともに捕捉部材の大部分が血管中に同時に放出されることを避けるために、時間内に連続的に分解するように吸収性捕捉部材の部分集合が選択されている請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 捕捉部材が、ポリジオキサノン、ポリトリメチレンカーボネート、ポリグラクチン、ポリグリコール酸、ポリL乳酸、ポリグレカプロン、ポリグリトン及びポリ乳酸グリコール酸から成る群から選択される吸収性材料から形成される請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 捕捉部材が吸収性縫合糸である請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が非吸収性である請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が吸収性である請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が、ニッケル−チタン合金(ニチノール)、コバルト−クロム−ニッケル合金(エルジロイ)、コバルト−クロム−ニッケル−モリブデン合金(フィノックス)、ステンレス鋼、MP35N合金、チタン合金、白金合金、ニオブ合金、コバルト合金又はタンタル線から成る群から選択される材料で形成される請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が、ポリジオキサノン、ポリトリメチレンカーボネート、ポリグラクチン、ポリグリコール酸、ポリL乳酸、ポリグレカプロン、ポリグリトン又はポリ乳酸グリコール酸から成る群から選択される吸収性材料で形成される請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が血管への取り付け用のアンカー部材又は逆棘を備える請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が抗凝固のために生物活性表面を含む請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材がステントである請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 血管に接触する環状部材、及び
環状部材に固定され、血管内を流れる物質を所定の持続時間にわたって捕捉する吸収性捕捉バスケット
を含む吸収性フィルタ。 - 捕捉バスケットが、ポリプロピレン、ポリジオキサノンにカプセル化したポリプロピレン、ポリグリコール酸繊維で共編みしたポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ePTFE、ポリジオキサノン、ポリトリメチレンカーボネート、ポリグラクチン、ポリグリコール酸、ポリL乳酸、ポリグレカプロン、ポリグリトン及びポリ乳酸グリコール酸から成る群から選択される材料から形成される請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 捕捉バスケットが生体適合性メッシュである請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 捕捉バスケットが、C−QUR(Atrium Medical Corp.ハドソン、ニューハンプシャー州)等のポリプロピレン、PROCEED(Ethicon、サマービル、ニュージャージー州)においてのようなポリジオキサノンでカプセル化したポリプロピレン、Bard Sepramesh IP Composite(Davol,INC.、ウォリック、ロードアイランド州)においてのようなポリグリコール酸繊維で共編みしたポリプロピレン、Parietiex Composite(Covidien、マンスフィールド、マサチューセッツ州)においてのようなポリエチレンテレフタレート、及びDUALAMESH(W.Gore&Assoc.Inc.、フラッグスタッフ、アリゾナ州)において使用されるePTFEから成る群から選択される、生体適合性メッシュを構成するのに使用される材料から形成される請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が非吸収性である請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が、ニッケル−チタン合金(ニチノール)、コバルト−クロム−ニッケル合金(エルジロイ)、コバルト−クロム−ニッケル−モリブデン合金(フィノックス)、ステンレス鋼、MP35N合金、チタン合金、白金合金、ニオブ合金、コバルト合金又はタンタル線を含むがそれらに限定されない材料で形成される請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が吸収性である請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が、ポリジオキサノン、ポリトリメチレンカーボネート、ポリグラクチン、ポリグリコール酸、ポリL乳酸、ポリグレカプロン、ポリグリトン又はポリ乳酸グリコール酸から成る群から選択される吸収性材料で形成される請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が血管への取り付け用のアンカー部材又は逆棘を備える請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材が抗凝固のために生物活性表面を含む請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材がステントである請求項15に記載のフィルタ。
- 血管に接触する、編んで作られた環状部材を含み、環状部材は、所定の持続時間にわたって血管内を流れる物質を捕捉する吸収性捕捉バスケットと一体化している吸収性フィルタ。
- 編んで作られた環状部材及び捕捉バスケットが単一の連続した吸収性繊維で構成される請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 編んで作られた環状部材及び捕捉バスケットが複数の吸収性繊維で構成される請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 一体化した環状部材及び捕捉バスケットが、ポリジオキサノン、ポリトリメチレンカーボネート、ポリグラクチン、ポリグリコール酸、ポリL乳酸、ポリグレカプロン、ポリグリトン及びポリ乳酸グリコール酸から成る群から選択される吸収性材料から形成される請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 編んで作られた環状部材が、直径方向に拡縮可能なチューブ特性を示すように編まれて、カテーテルによる低侵襲的な配置に適合する請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 血管壁上に働く、編んで作られた環状部材の径方向の力が、環状部材を含む編んで作られた複数の部材の交点上の角度、材料の組成及びサイズ、並びに/又は環状部材の外径に基づいて選択される請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材に対して末端側の隣接する湾曲部から連続的に湾曲部を組み合わせて且つ湾曲部を周期的な態様で頂点まで延ばして、編物の周期性により決定されるフィルタ精度を有する円錐状の捕捉バスケットを形成することにより、捕捉バスケットが形成されている請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 環状部材及び/又は捕捉バスケットが抗凝固のために生物活性表面を含む請求項26に記載のフィルタ。
- 送達カテーテルによる請求項1、15及び26に記載のフィルタの送達方法であって、送達が、
送達カテーテル内で圧縮された形態のフィルタを血管内の所望の位置に挿入する工程、
血管内の所望の位置で、拡張した形態のフィルタを配置する工程、及び
続いて血管から送達カテーテルを除去する工程を含む送達方法。
