Claims (15)
- 放射放出半導体モジュール(10)であって、複数の動作時発光領域(1)を備えており、少なくとも1つの発光領域(1)の少なくとも2本の相互に隣接する側辺(11a,11b)が、0゜より大きく90゜より小さい角度(α)に互いに配置されている、放射放出半導体モジュール(10)。
- 前記発光領域(1)が2つのグループ(2a,2b)に分かれており、前記グループ(2a,2b)内のすべての発光領域(1)が互いに同一に具体化されており、
第1のグループ(2a)の前記発光領域(1)が平行四辺形の形に具体化されており、前記角度(α)が15゜〜45゜の範囲内(両端値を含む)であり、
第2のグループ(2b)の前記発光領域(1)が、長方形または正方形の形に具体化されており、
前記グループ(2a,2b)が互いに横方向に並んで配置されており、前記グループ(2a,2b)に互いに独立して通電することができる、
請求項1に記載のモジュール。 - 前記角度(α)が15゜〜45゜の範囲内(両端値を含む)である、
請求項1に記載のモジュール。 - 相互に隣接する側辺(11a,11b)によってそれぞれ形成される、少なくとも1つの発光領域(1)のすべての角度が、90゜からずれている、

請求項1から請求項11のいずれかに記載のモジュール。 - 前記発光領域(1)それぞれに互いに独立して通電することができる、
請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載のモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項13のいずれかに記載のオプトエレクトロニクス半導体モジュール(10)を複数有するディスプレイであって、前記複数のオプトエレクトロニクス半導体モジュール(10)が互いに横方向に並んで配置されており、
少なくとも1つのモジュール(10)の前記発光領域(1)を動作させるための少なくとも1つの駆動回路(4,5,6,7)、
をさらに備えている、ディスプレイ。 - 前記発光領域(1)の駆動に応じて複数の異なる光機能を実行する自動車用ヘッドライトとしての請求項14に記載のディスプレイの使用。
