Claims (19)
- 湿潤膜を基板に塗布する方法であって、
前記基板上に、前記基板に対する幅と厚さを有する前記湿潤膜を形成するために、スロットダイの吐出端部から前記基板の移動ウェブ上に、コーティング材を塗布すること、
前記スロットダイの前記吐出端部付近で真空力を加えること、および
前記湿潤膜の前記幅および/または厚さを制御するために、前記コーティング材を塗布する間、リアルタイムに前記真空力を調節すること
を含む方法。 - 前記湿潤膜の前記幅を検知することをさらに含み、前記幅が所定値以外の値と判定されると前記真空力の調節が行われる請求項1記載の方法。

- 前記湿潤膜の厚さを制御する間、前記スロットダイに対して前記基板を動かし、前記スロットダイに対する前記基板の移動量を一定に保つことをさらに含む請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤膜の厚さを制御する間、前記スロットダイを通る前記コーティング材の流速を一定に保つことをさらに含む請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング材が、テスト検体の存在下で光学的シグナルまたは電気化学的シグナルを生成するための試薬を含む請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
