Claims (19)
- 기판에 습식 필름을 공급하는 방법으로서,
슬롯 다이의 배출단으로부터 상기 기판의 이동 웨브 위로 코팅 재료를 공급하여, 상기 기판 상에 상기 습식 필름을 형성하는 단계로서, 상기 습식 필름은 상기 기판에 대한 폭 및 두께를 포함하는, 상기 습식 필름을 형성하는 단계;
상기 슬롯 다이의 상기 배출단에 인접하여 진공력을 인가하는 단계; 및
상기 코팅 재료를 공급하는 동안 상기 진공력을 실시간으로 조정하여, 상기 습식 필름의 상기 폭 및/또는 두께를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 기판에 습식 필름을 공급하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 습식 필름의 상기 폭을 감지하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
