使用される材料:
ポリマー1:DIN EN ISO 306による96℃のビカー軟化温度を有するメチルメタクリレートの透明なホモポリマー(Evonik社製のPlexiglas(登録商標))
ポリマー2:ビスフェノールAとホスゲンとの重縮合をベースとした透明なポリカーボネート(Bayer社製のMakrolon(登録商標)3119)
ポリマー3:1048kg/m3の密度及びDIN EN ISO 306による98℃のビカー軟化温度を有するスチレンのホモポリマーをベースとした透明なポリスチレン(BASF SE社製のPS168N)
染料1:3,9−ジシアノペリレン−4,10−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)と3,10−ジシアノペリレン−4,9−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)との混合物からなる黄色/緑色の蛍光を発する蛍光染料。
染料2:黄色/緑色の蛍光を発する蛍光染料という名称のN−(2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)フェニル)ペリレン−3,4−ジカルボン酸モノイミド。
二酸化チタン:94.0〜100のDIN53165による平均散乱粉末による硫酸塩法から得られるTiO2ルチル顔料(Kronos Titan社製のKronos(登録商標)2056)
約2.5gのポリマーと0.03質量%又は0.05質量%の染料(ポリマーの質量を基準とする)を約5mlの塩化メチレンに溶解し、且つ0.1質量%又は0.5質量%のTiO2をそこに分散させた。
試料は、市販のLuxeon V−StarシリーズのGaN−LED(Lumileds Lighting社製)、LXHL−LR5Cロイヤルブルーモデルから構成された露光装置で露光され、該装置は冷却装置上の反射器と一緒に構成された。LEDは、約550〜700mAで操作し、その際、全ての露光ステーションを同じ強度に設定した。照射は波長455nmの光によって達成した。放射照度(luminance)は約0.09W/cm2であった。
分析のために、試料を露光ステーションから取り出し、これをC9920−02量子収率測定システム(浜松社製)で分析した。これは450〜455nmの光で積分球(ウルブリヒト球)のそれぞれの試料の照射を含んでいた。試料のないウルブリヒト球における基準測定と比較して、励起光と試料によって発光した蛍光の未吸収フラクションをCCD分光計によって測定する。未吸収の励起光又は発光した蛍光に対する強度の積分によって、それぞれの試料の吸収又は蛍光強度又は蛍光量子収率の程度が得られる。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つのLEDと、本質的にポリスチレン又はポリカーボネートからなるマトリックス中に少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤を含む少なくとも1つの色変換体とを含む照明装置であって、LEDと色変換体がリモート蛍光体構造に存在する、前記照明装置。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤が有機蛍光染料である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤が緑色又は赤色又は橙色の蛍光を発する有機蛍光染料である、請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤がナフタレン又はペリレン誘導体である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤が、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,7−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピル−フェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,6−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、3,9−ジシアノペリレン−4,10−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)、3,10−ジシアノペリレン−4,9−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)、3,9−ジシアノペリレン−4,10−ビス(イソブチルカルボキシレート)、3,10−ジシアノペリレン−4,9−ビス(イソブチルカルボキシレート)、N−(2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)フェニル)ペリレン−3,4−ジカルボン酸モノイミド及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤が、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,7−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,6−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項6に記載の照明装置。
- 本質的にポリスチレン又はポリカーボネートからなるマトリックス中に少なくとも1種の有機蛍光染料を含む色変換体であって、少なくとも1種の有機蛍光染料が、以下の式
Xはオルト位及び/又はパラ位の置換基を表し且つ直鎖状又は分枝鎖状のC1〜C18アルキルであり;
yは0〜3の数である)
から選択される、前記色変換体。 - 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光染料が、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,7−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,6−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピル−フェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、3,9−ジシアノペリレン−4,10−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)、3,10−ジシアノペリレン−4,9−ビス(sec−ブチルカルボキシレート)、3,9−ジシアノペリレン−4,10−ビス(イソブチルカルボキシレート)、3,10−ジシアノペリレン−4,9−ビス(イソブチルカルボキシレート)、N−(2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)フェニル)ペリレン−3,4−ジカルボン酸モノイミド及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項8に記載の色変換体。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光染料が、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,7−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド、N,N’−ビス(2,6−ジイソプロピルフェニル)−1,6−ジ(2,6−ジイソプロピル−フェノキシ)ペリレン−3,4:9,10−テトラカルボキシジイミド及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項9に記載の色変換体。
- 少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤がマトリックス中に溶解して存在する、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体。
- 色変換体が少なくとも1種の無機白色顔料を散乱体として更に含む、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体。
- 色変換体がフィルム、小板又はシートである、請求項8から12までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体。
- ポリマーフィルムの製造を含む、請求項8から13までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体の製造方法であって、有機蛍光着色剤を、マトリックス材料及び任意に散乱粒子と一緒に有機溶媒中に溶解し、且つ該溶媒を除去することによってフィルムに加工する、前記製造方法。
- 請求項8から14までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体の製造方法であって、マトリックス材料を少なくとも1種の有機蛍光着色剤で押出及び/又は射出成形することを含む、前記製造方法。
- 請求項8から16までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体を、LEDによって生じた光の変換に用いる使用。
- 請求項7から14までのいずれか1項に記載の色変換体を、少なくとも1つのLEDと組み合わせてリモート蛍光体構造に用いる使用。
