Description
造粒又は凝集では、対応する原料と添加物とをミキサに投入し、攪拌器具を用いてそれらを混合することが知られている。
Claims (14)
- 締結シャフトと、前記締結シャフトに締結され直径dを有する略円盤状の要素とを含む造粒及び/又は凝集装置用の造粒及び/又は凝集器具であって、
前記円盤状要素が、上面と、下面と、前記上面及び前記下面を接続する周面とを有し、
前記周面が、前記締結シャフトの軸線に対して平行に延在する基本的にV字状の複数の溝を備える器具。 - 前記溝は、前記直径dの0.05〜0.4倍、好ましくは0.1〜0.3倍、最も好ましくは0.15〜0.25倍の溝深さtを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の器具。
- 少なくとも一方の溝壁が、少なくとも部分的に、前記円盤状要素より硬質の材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の器具。
- 前記円盤状要素の前記溝壁には、摩耗要素が嵌入される凹部が設けられ、
前記摩耗要素は、好ましくは、前記円盤状要素より硬質の材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の器具。 - 前記摩耗要素は、前記上面、及び/又は前記下面、及び/又は前記周面から距離aだけ突出し、
前記距離aは、好ましくは前記円盤状要素の厚さeより小さく、
前記摩耗要素が前記上面から突出する前記距離aは、前記摩耗要素が前記下面から突出する前記距離aと等しい又は該距離aとは異なり、また、前記摩耗要素が前記周面から突出する前記距離aと等しい又は該距離aとは異なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の器具。 - 少なくとも一方の溝壁が、互いに離間した少なくとも2つの凹部を備え、
摩耗要素が前記凹部のそれぞれに嵌入され、
両部分において、前記摩耗要素は、好ましくは、前記上面及び/又は前記下面から突出することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の器具。 - 前記周面から少なくとも前記溝深さtだけ前記締結シャフトの方向に延在する円形部分における前記上面には、溝壁、又は前記溝壁上或いは内に締結された摩耗要素を超えて軸線方向に延在する要素が設けられないことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記下面は、前記下面から軸線方向に突出する少なくとも1つ、好ましくは少なくとも2つの渦流要素を備え、
前記渦流要素は、好ましくは、周方向において同一の角度間隔を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の器具。 - 前記溝は、前記周方向において等間隔で配置され、
前記周方向の前記溝間の距離に対する溝幅の比は、好ましくは0.05より大きく、好ましくは0.1〜5、最も好ましくは0.3〜2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の器具。 - 前記軸線方向において互いに距離を置いて設けられた少なくとも2つの円盤状要素が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 容器と、前記容器内に配置された請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の造粒及び/又は凝集器具とを備える造粒及び/又は凝集装置。
- 前記容器の回転軸線と前記シャフトの軸線とは、互いに対して平行に配置され、
前記容器の回転軸線と前記シャフトの軸線とは、好ましくは互いに距離を置いていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記容器は回転可能であり、
好ましくは、前記造粒及び/又は凝集器具のシャフトの軸線は、一位置に固定され、
特に好ましくは、前記造粒及び/又は凝集器具は、自身のシャフトの軸線周りに回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 - 造粒又は凝集する対象の原料を容器に投入して、前記原料を器具を用いて混合する造粒又は凝集方法において、
請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の造粒及び/又は凝集装置を用いることを特徴とする造粒又は凝集方法。
