Abstract
Description
まず最初に駆動シャフト1が、アングルドライブ2の構成要素としてのピニオン11により、中空シャフト200の上で軸受21により自由に回転可能なようにプロペラシャフト4に支承されたかさ歯車20を駆動する。かさ歯車20は、駆動シャフト1と反対方向の端部22に内歯を有しており、この内歯は、あとでまた詳しく説明するクラッチ等の連結装置を介して、遊星歯車装置3のサンギヤ30とこれを駆動するために作用的に接続されている。サンギヤ30は同じく中空シャフト300を含んでおり、この中空シャフトは、ピニオン20の端部22の対向端部に内歯を担持しており、この内歯に、あとでまた詳しく説明するねじり剛性のある差動クラッチ、即ちギヤが係合する。
Claims (6)
- 駆動シャフト(1)と、前記駆動シャフト(1)によりアングルドライブ(2)および遊星歯車装置(3)を介して駆動可能なプロペラシャフト(4)とを有するラダープロペラであって、前記遊星歯車装置(3)は前記プロペラシャフト(4)に配置されており、継手を介して前記アングルドライブ(2)と連結されたサンギヤ(30)と、定置のリングギヤ(35)と、前記サンギヤ(30)と前記リングギヤ(35)の間で転動する、プラネタリキャリア(33)に保持されたプラネタリギヤ(31)とを含んでおり、前記プラネタリキャリア(33)は前記プロペラシャフト(4)とトルク剛性特性をもつように連結されているラダープロペラにおいて、前記アングルドライブ(2)と前記サンギヤ(30)の間の前記継手は二重カルダン式に作用するねじり剛性のある差動クラッチ(5,6)として構成されており、前記アングルドライブ(2)に対する前記サンギヤ(30)の半径方向の変位および角度のついた変位を補償可能であることを特徴とするラダープロペラ。
- ねじり剛性のある前記差動クラッチとしてカーブド トゥースギヤ カップリング(5)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラダープロペラ。
- ねじり剛性のある前記差動クラッチとしてダイヤフラム連結装置(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラダープロペラ。
- 前記リングギヤ(35)は弾性的に変形可能な曲げボルト(36)によってハウジング(37,37a)で保持されており、前記リングギヤ(35)に対する半径方向の力と接線方向の力を前記曲げボルト(36)によって受け止めることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のラダープロペラ。
- 前記曲げボルト(36)は端部(36a,36b)から中央の長手方向区域(36c)に向かって径が大きくなり長手方向で膨らんでいくように構成されており、前記リングギヤ(35)の軸方向の貫通孔(350)に挿入されており、前記端部(36a,36b)は前記リングギヤ(35)から突出して前記ハウジング(37,37a)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のラダープロペラ。
- 前記曲げボルト(36)は前記リングギヤ(35)および前記ハウジング(37,37a)に遊びなく支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のラダープロペラ。
