Claims (10)
- 電解質溶液を調製する方法であって、
液体溶媒中でテトラフルオロホウ酸アンモニウムと第四級アンモニウムハロゲン化物を組み合わせて、テトラフルオロホウ酸第四級アンモニウムおよびアンモニウムハロゲン化物を形成する工程、および
前記溶媒から前記アンモニウムハロゲン化物を除去して、電解質溶液を調製する工程、
を含む方法。 - 第四級アンモニウムハロゲン化物のテトラフルオロホウ酸アンモニウムに対するモル比が、1:1から1.5:1である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第四級アンモニウムハロゲン化物が、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラメチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラエチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラプロピルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラブチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸トリエチルメチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸トリメチルエチルアンモニウム、およびテトラフルオロホウ酸ジメチルジエチルアンモニウムからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、炭酸プロピレン、炭酸ブチレン、γ−ブチロラクトン、アセトニトリル、プロピオニトリル、およびメトキシアセトニトリルからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記組み合わせる工程が、前記液体溶媒への前記テトラフルオロホウ酸アンモニウムと前記第四級アンモニウムハロゲン化物の段階的な添加を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒中の前記テトラフルオロホウ酸第四級アンモニウムの濃度が0.1から2モル濃度である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶媒中に溶解したテトラフルオロホウ酸第四級アンモニウム塩を含む電解質溶液であって、
該電解質溶液中の塩化物イオンの濃度が1ppm未満であり、
該電解質溶液中の臭化物イオンの濃度が1000ppm未満であり、
該電解質溶液中のアンモニウムイオンの濃度は1ppm超である、
電解質溶液。 - 前記第四級アンモニウムハロゲン化物が、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラメチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラエチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラプロピルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸テトラブチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸トリエチルメチルアンモニウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸トリメチルエチルアンモニウム、およびテトラフルオロホウ酸ジメチルジエチルアンモニウムからなる群より選択される、請求項7記載の電解質溶液。
- 前記溶媒が、炭酸プロピレン、炭酸ブチレン、γ−ブチロラクトン、アセトニトリル、プロピオニトリル、およびメトキシアセトニトリルからなる群より選択される、請求項7記載の電解質溶液。
- 前記溶媒中の前記テトラフルオロホウ酸第四級アンモニウムの濃度が0.1から2モル濃度である、請求項7記載の電解質溶液。
