Description
Al2Si2O5(OH)xMy
式中、MはP、Ca、Zn、Fe、K、Mn、Mo、Ag、MgおよびTiの中から選ばれる金属であり、xは1〜5の整数であり、yは2〜7の整数である。
Al2Si2O5(OH)xMy

表1に示すような成分および含量に基づいて、ポリエーテルエステル熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂組成物を製造した。
(組成の範例)
A:ポリエーテルエステルブロック共重合体(KOPEL KP3355、表面硬度:ショア硬度55D、株式会社コロン製)
B:N,N’−ヘキサン−1,6−ジイルビス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニルプロピオンアミド)
C:4,4’−ビス(a,a−ジメチルベンジルジフェニルアミン)
D:ジブチルアミン−1,3,5−トリアジン−N,N−ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル)−4−ピペリジル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミン
E:2−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)フェノール
F:VOC捕捉のための成分が含有された多孔性合成シリカ(テソン環境研究所製のEpoclean CS)
G:Dupont製のHytrel5556(ポリエステルエラストマー、ショア硬度55D)
H:Ticona製のVandar9116(ポリエステルエラストマー、ショア硬度57D)
実施例1〜7および比較例1〜6から製造されたポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物を除湿型熱風乾燥機を用いて100℃で5時間乾燥させて水分を除去し、ペレット化された製品をさらに一軸スクリュー形式の紡糸用押出機を介して3500デニールのモノフィラメントに製造した。これを下記の方法によって評価した。その結果を下記表2に示す。
現在自動車社の試験方法であるMS300−55に基づいて測定した。その過程は次のとおりである。まず、各試片を6*5*3cmに切取し、これを3Lのテドラーバッグ(Tedlar Bag)に入れる。その後、準備されたテドラーバッグに1Lの窒素気体を仕込み、栓をした後、乾燥容器に入れる。この容器を、準備されたオーブンに入れた後、100℃で2時間加熱する。加熱後、容器を取り出して室温で1時間放置した後、テドラーバッグが完全に満たされるように窒素ガスを充填する。こうして得られたテドラーバッグのTVOCをGC−MSDを用いて分析する。
作られたモノフィラメントをISO−105規定に基づいて評価する。耐候性の評価はXenon光源、ブラックパネル温度89±3℃、槽内湿度50±5%RH、照射照度60〜100W/m2(300〜400nm)の条件で500時間行った。この際、耐候性の等級はE値で表示する。Eが5以下の場合、良好な耐候性を示すと判断する。
実施例および比較例で製造されたポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物50kgを一軸紡糸押出機で紡糸するが、作業の終了時まで、紡糸されるモノフィラメントが切れずに特別な外径の変化がない場合には良好と判定し、そうでない場合には不良と判定する。
Claims (8)
- ポリエーテルエステルブロック共重合体100重量部、並びに前記ポリエーテルエステルブロック共重合体100重量部に対して、熱安定剤0.05〜2.0重量部、紫外線吸収剤0.1〜2.0重量部、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤0.1〜1.0重量部および多孔性シリカ0.05〜1.0重量部を含む、ポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱安定剤は、2,2’−m−フェニレンビス(2−オキサゾリン)[2,2’-m-phenylene bis(2-oxazoline)]、4,4’−ビス(a,a−ジメチルベンジル−ジフェニルアミン)[4,4’-bis(alpha, alpha-dimethylbenzyl diphenylamine)]およびN,N’−ヘキサン−1,6−ジイルビス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル−プロピオンアミド)[N,N’-hexane-1,6-diyl bis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionamide))]よりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物。
- 前記紫外線吸収剤は、2−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール)−2−イル)−4−6−ビス(1−メチル−1−フェニルエチル)フェノール、2−(5−クロロ(2H)−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4メチル−6−(tert−ブチル)フェノール、2−(4,6−ジフェニル−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−5−(ヘキシルオキシ)−フェノール、および2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル−3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンゾエートよりなる群から選ばれる1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物。
- 前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤は、ジブチルアミン−1,3,5−トリアジン−N,N−ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル)−4−ピペリジル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとN−(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)ブチルアミンの重縮合物、ポリ6−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)アミノ−S−トリアジン−2,4−ジイル−(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)イミノ−ヘキサメチレン−(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)イミノ、およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物。
- 前記多孔性シリカは、化学式1で表される揮発性有機化合物(VOC(Volatile Organic Compound))捕捉成分を含む多孔性合成シリカであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルエステルエラストマー樹脂組成物。
