Description
所定の重量部で前記低臭気性軟質PVC材料の各成分を秤量するステップ(a)と、
PVC樹脂粉末、可塑剤、熱安定剤及び酸化防止剤を高速ミキサーに加えて8~15min混合し、材料の温度を110℃に上昇し、ここで、可塑剤を2回に分けて投入して、PVC樹脂粉末により可塑剤を十分に吸収させるステップ(b)と、
フィラー及び消臭剤を加え、さらに3~5min高速混合し、消臭剤と粉体とを十分に混合した後、ミキサーを停止して材料を取り出すステップ(c)と、
高速ミキサー内の熱い材料を低速コールドミキサーに移し、ミキサーを起動させて低速混合を行い、材料の温度を50℃以下に下げるステップ(d)と、
ツインスクリューの温度120℃~130℃、シングルスクリューの温度130℃~140℃の二段押出機に上記の混合済み材料を投入して押し出して造粒し、空冷式ホットカットを行い、前記低臭気性軟質PVC材料を得るステップ(e)とを含む。
潤滑剤はエメリーオレオケミカルズ(ドイツ)株式会社から購入したものであり、型番がLOXIOL P 861/3.5(エステル類潤滑剤)であり、
テレフタル酸ジオクチルは、広州市威聯達可塑剤有限公司(Guangzhou Weilianda Plasticizer Co., Ltd.)から購入され、
トリオクチルトリメリテートは、波林香港有限公司(Pauline Hong Kong Co., Ltd.)から購入され、
フタル酸ビス(2-プロピルヘプチル)は、広州市威聯達可塑剤有限公司(Guangzhou Weilianda Plasticizer Co., Ltd.)から購入され、
カルシウム・亜鉛系熱安定剤は、艾迪克上海貿易有限公司(Adeka Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd.)から購入され、型番RUP-108であり、
リシノール酸亜鉛は温州格雷化工社(Wenzhou Gray Chemicals)から購入され、
ナノ炭酸カルシウムの粒子径D50は20nmであり、
炭酸カルシウムの粒子径D50は4.5μmであり、
酸化防止剤1010(ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス[β-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート])は、BASF社から購入され、
酸化防止剤330(1,3,5-トリメチル-2,4,6-トリ(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)ベンゼン)は、佛山▲元▼勝化工有限公司(Foshan Yuansheng Chemical Co., Ltd.)から購入され、
酸化防止剤168(トリス[2,4-ジ-t-ブチルフェニル]ホスファイト)は、BASF社から購入され、
酸化防止剤KY-405(4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン)は、江蘇飛亜化学工業集団(Jiangsu Feiya Chemical Industry Group)から購入される。
所定の重量部で前記低臭気性軟質PVC材料の各成分を秤量するステップ(a)と、
PVC樹脂粉末、可塑剤、熱安定剤及び酸化防止剤を高速ミキサーに加えて8~15min混合し、材料の温度を110℃に上昇し、ここで、可塑剤を2回に分けて投入して、PVC樹脂粉末により可塑剤を十分に吸収させるステップ(b)と、
フィラー及び消臭剤を加え、さらに3~5min高速混合し、消臭剤と粉体とを十分に混合した後、ミキサーを停止して材料を取り出すステップ(c)と、
高速ミキサー内の熱い材料を低速コールドミキサーに移し、ミキサーを起動させて低速混合を行い、材料の温度を50℃以下に下げるステップ(d)と、
ツインスクリューの温度120℃~130℃、シングルスクリューの温度130℃~140℃の二段押出機に上記の混合済み材料を投入して押し出して造粒し、空冷式ホットカットを行い、前記低臭気性軟質PVC材料を得るステップ(e)とを含む
1、ショア硬度:ASTM D2240
2、臭気等級:PV 3900-2000、等級が低いほど、臭気が低いことを示す。
3、TVOC:TS-INT-002、値が小さいほど、総揮発性物質が少ないことを示す。
本発明の好ましい態様は以下を包含する。
〔1〕成分として、PVC樹脂100重量部、可塑剤60~125重量部、熱安定剤2~10重量部、フィラー10~50重量部、酸化防止剤0~2重量部、潤滑剤0.02~0.06重量部、及び消臭剤0.5~1重量部を含み、前記PVC樹脂の重合度が1300以下であり、前記消臭剤はナノ炭酸カルシウム及びリシノール酸亜鉛を含む、ことを特徴とする低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔2〕前記ナノ炭酸カルシウムとリシノール酸亜鉛との重量比が、3~6.5:3~6.5である、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔3〕前記ナノ炭酸カルシウムの粒子径D50が15~40nmである、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔4〕前記酸化防止剤はヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤及び/又はヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤であり、好ましくは、前記酸化防止剤はヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤とヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤であり、前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤とヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤との重量比が1~3:1~3である、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔5〕前記酸化防止剤は0.2~1部である、ことを特徴とする〔4〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔6〕前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤は、ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス[β-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート]、1,3,5-トリメチル-2,4,6-トリ(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)ベンゼン、及びトリス[2,4-ジ-t-ブチルフェニル]ホスファイトのうちの少なくとも1種であり、
前記ヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤は、4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンである、ことを特徴とする〔4〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔7〕前記熱安定剤はカルシウム・亜鉛系熱安定剤である、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔8〕前記可塑剤は、ベンゾエート類、ポリオールエステル類、エポキシ化大豆油類、クエン酸エステル類、及びポリエステル類のうちの少なくとも1種であり、好ましくは、前記可塑剤は、テレフタル酸ジオクチル、フタル酸ビス(2-プロピルヘプチル)、及びトリオクチルトリメリテートのうちの少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔9〕前記フィラーは炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、タルク、及びカオリンのうちの少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
〔10〕光安定剤、強化剤、強靭化剤、帯電防止剤、及び着色剤のうちの少なくとも1種をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする〔1〕に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
Claims (8)
- 成分として、PVC樹脂100重量部、可塑剤60~125重量部、熱安定剤2~10重量部、フィラー10~50重量部、酸化防止剤0.2~1重量部、潤滑剤0.02~0.06重量部、及び消臭剤0.5~1重量部を含み、前記PVC樹脂の重合度が1300以下であり、前記消臭剤はナノ炭酸カルシウム及びリシノール酸亜鉛を含む低臭気性軟質PVC材料であって、
前記ナノ炭酸カルシウムとリシノール酸亜鉛との重量比は3~6.5:3~6.5であり、
前記酸化防止剤はヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤及びヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤を含み、前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤とヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤との重量比が1~3:1~3である、
ことを特徴とする低臭気性軟質PVC材料。 - 前記ナノ炭酸カルシウムの粒子径D50が15~40nmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
- 前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤は、ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス[β-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート]、及び1,3,5-トリメチル-2,4,6-トリ(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)ベンゼンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、
前記ヒンダードアミン系酸化防止剤は、4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。 - 前記熱安定剤はカルシウム・亜鉛系熱安定剤である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
- 前記可塑剤は、ベンゾエート類、ポリオールエステル類、エポキシ化大豆油類、クエン酸エステル類、及びポリエステル類のうちの少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
- 前記可塑剤は、テレフタル酸ジオクチル、フタル酸ビス(2-プロピルヘプチル)、及びトリオクチルトリメリテートからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
- 前記フィラーは炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、タルク、及びカオリンのうちの少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
- 光安定剤、強化剤、強靭化剤、帯電防止剤、及び着色剤のうちの少なくとも1種をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低臭気性軟質PVC材料。
