Abstract
Description
白セメント100重量部と、珪石粉60重量部と、石英屑(粒径0.7〜1.2mm)220重量部と、水34重量部と、減水剤(ポリカルボン酸系)2.0重量部及び無機顔料1.5重量部を混合して人造石ペーストを生成し、これをモールドに投入した後、1次真空成形(70mmHg、約55秒間)及び2次真空及び振動成形(65mmHg、3,000rpm、約110秒間)を行って成形体を製造した。
白セメント100重量部と、珪石粉60重量部と、石英屑(粒径0.7〜1.2mm)220重量部と、水34重量部と、減水剤(ポリカルボン酸系)2.0重量部及び無機顔料1.5重量部を混合して人造石ペーストを生成し、これをモールドに投入した後、1次真空成形(70mmHg、約55秒間)及び2次真空及び振動成形(65mmHg、3,000rpm、約110秒間)を行って成形体を製造した。
実施例及び比較例の人造石に対して、屈曲強度及び吸収率を測定した。測定結果を下記表に示す。
Claims (11)
- 人造石製造用ペースト組成物において、
セメント100重量部に対して、珪石、メタカオリンまたはシリカヒューム20〜90重量部、石英200〜300重量部、水30〜36重量部、減水剤1.5〜3重量部及び顔料0.2〜3重量部を含んでなることを特徴とする人造石製造用ペースト組成物。 - 前記石英は、
0.3〜4.0mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人造石製造用ペースト組成物。 - 前記石英は、
0.7〜1.2mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人造石製造用ペースト組成物。 - 前記石英200〜300重量部には、
花崗石が一部含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の人造石製造用ペースト組成物。 - 人造石を製造する方法において、
セメント100重量部に対して、珪石、メタカオリンまたはシリカヒューム20〜90重量部、石英200〜300重量部、水30〜36重量部、減水剤1.5〜3重量部及び顔料0.2〜3重量部を含んでなる人造石ペーストを生成するステップと、
前記人造石ペーストをモールドに投入するステップと、
前記モールドに投入された人造石ペーストを真空成形する第1次成形ステップと、
前記第1次成形された人造石ペーストを真空及び振動成形する第2次成形ステップと、
前記第2次成形された人造石ペーストを蒸気養生する第1次養生ステップと、
前記第1次養生された人造石ペーストに水熱反応を誘導してポゾラン反応を引き起こす第2次養生ステップと、
前記第2次養生された人造石ペーストを前記モールドから脱型するステップと、
前記脱型された人造石ペーストを表面加工するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする人造石の製造方法。 - 前記第1次成形ステップは、
70mmHg以下の真空下で50〜60秒間行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人造石の製造方法。 - 前記第2次成形ステップは、
65mmHg以下の真空下で1分当たり2900〜3100サイクルの振動数で1〜4分間行うことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の人造石の製造方法。 - 前記第2次養生ステップは、
6.0〜10.0bar及び150〜180℃で5〜10時間行うことを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の人造石の製造方法。 - 前記石英は、
0.3〜4.0mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の人造石の製造方法。 - 前記石英は、
0.7〜1.2mmの粒径を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の人造石の製造方法。 - 前記石英200〜300重量部には、
花崗石が一部含まれることを特徴とする請求項5から10のいずれか一項に記載の人造石の製造方法。
