Abstract
Description
−ワインディング法:ワインディング法は、具体的なワインディングパターンに従ってマンドレル上に樹脂含浸繊維を付着することを可能にする、回転(巻取りマンドレル)および振動(支持体)運動を併せ持つ。この方法は、例えば、ロービングなどの連続フィラメント、チョップトファイバー製のマット、単繊維および長繊維性のランダムに配向された繊維のマット、織布またはニットなど様々な異なる繊維構造を用いて、機械によって、または手作業で行うことができる。
−ブレーディング法:ブレーディング法では、強化用繊維が、回転ブレーディングヘッドを有する移動ブレーディング機によって固定コア上に付着され、したがって、静止コア(stationary core)上に織布状構造が形成され、後のプロセスにおいてマトリックス樹脂で含浸される。
−遠心法:遠心法では、繊維強化は、例えばマットまたは織布の形で予め導入されるか、またはランス、可撓性の供給アームを通して樹脂およびいずれかの添加剤と共に、チョップトファイバーとして回転金型に導入される。遠心時の遠心力によって、補強剤が豊富な外部層と樹脂が豊富な耐薬品性内部層を有する中空体が形成される。

−アルカリ性流体の存在下においてさえ高温耐性がある複合材料。
Claims (17)
- 強化用繊維と、前記繊維を取り囲むマトリックス材料で作られたマトリックスと、を含む複合材料において、前記マトリックス材料がエポキシ樹脂および/またはフラン樹脂を含有し、かつ前記強化用繊維がポリフェニレンスルフィドを含有することを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料において、改質剤として、安定剤、ボンディング剤およびスリップ剤の群から選択される添加剤を含むことを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1または2に記載の複合材料において、添加剤0.05〜35重量%を含むことを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の複合材料において、前記マトリックス材料が樹脂95〜100重量%、添加剤0〜5重量%を含むことを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の複合材料において、前記繊維材料がポリフェニレンスルフィド65〜100重量%、添加剤0〜35重量%を含むことを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の複合材料において、20%を超える濃度を有するアルカリ性流体に対して耐性であることを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項6に記載の複合材料において、20%を超える濃度のNaOHに対して耐性であることを特徴とする複合材料。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の複合材料において、60℃を超える温度で耐アルカリ性であることを特徴とする複合材料。
- アルカリ性流体を保持かつ/または輸送するための物品において、請求項1に記載の複合材料を含むことを特徴とする物品。
- 請求項9に記載のアルカリ性流体を保持かつ/または輸送するための物品において、パイプまたは管であることを特徴とする物品。
- 請求項9に記載のアルカリ性流体を保持かつ/または輸送するための物品において、容器であることを特徴とする物品。
- パイプ、管および/または容器用の材料としての請求項1に記載の複合材料の使用において、前記パイプ、管および/または容器がアルカリ性流体と接触することを特徴とする使用。
- パイプ、管および/または容器用の材料としての請求項1に記載の複合材料の使用において、前記複合材料が60℃を超える温度のアルカリ性流体と接触することを特徴とする使用。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料の使用において、アルカリ性流体が添加かつ/または使用されるプロセスの装置におけることを特徴とする使用。
- 請求項14に記載の複合材料の使用において、前記装置が、アルカリ性流体が生成かつ/または添加される電気分解プロセス用の装置であることを特徴とする使用。
- 請求項14に記載の複合材料の使用において、前記装置が、アルカリ性流体の濃度が変化する、アルカリ性流体濃縮プロセス用の装置であることを特徴とする使用。
- 請求項14に記載の複合材料の使用において、前記装置が、アルカリ性流体が添加かつ/または使用される抽出治金プロセス用の装置であることを特徴とする使用。
