Description

本明細書は、血管処置の分野に関する。
血管、血管奇形、およびリンパ系などの体の他の系における同様の問題の処置に硬化療法を使用することができ、この硬化療法は、様々な形態で150年以上も使用されてきた。その最近の形態では、硬化療法は、欧州では、様々な静脈の症状、例えば;静脈瘤、網状脈、脚のクモ状静脈瘤、および顔面細静脈の処置に1960年代から使用されてきた。

Claims (32)
- 血管処置装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材であって、近位端部および遠位端部を有する、腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合された電動式駆動系であって、前記腔内部材を回転させると共に、前記腔内部材の回転方向を反転させるように構成されている、電動式駆動系と、
を備える、血管処置装置。 - 前記駆動系が、可逆モータを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動系が、運動チェーンを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動系が、変速機を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記腔内部材を回転振動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、各振動において前記腔内部材を1回転させるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記可逆モータの回転方向を周期的に反転させるように構成されたモータ制御/駆動回路を備えている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ制御/駆動回路が、プログラム可能である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記腔内部材と静脈との絡み合いを防止する方式で前記腔内部材を回転振動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、負荷が閾値以上になったときに回転方向を反転させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記腔内部材の前記遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、
を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 血管処置方法であって、
細長い腔内部材をアクセス部位から静脈内に前進させるステップと、
前記腔内部材またはその一部を第1の方向に回転させるステップと、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向を反転させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 負荷が閾値以上になったときに回転方向が反転される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記腔内部材の回転方向の周期的な反転が、前記腔内部材またはその一部が1回転する度に行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 周期的な反転が、前記腔内部材と静脈との絡み合いを防止する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 静脈を永久に閉塞させる装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材であって、近位端部および遠位端部を有する、腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合されて前記腔内部材またはその一部に所定の運動をさせる少なくとも1つの第1のモータと、
前記モータに結合されたモータ駆動回路と、
前記モータ駆動回路に結合された負荷センサと、を備える、装置。 - 前記モータ駆動回路が、前記負荷センサに応答して前記モータを停止するように構成されている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ駆動回路が、前記負荷センサに応答して前記モータの速度を下げるように構成されている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ駆動回路が、前記負荷センサに応答して前記モータの方向を反転させるように構成されている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、
を備える、請求項21に記載の装置。 - 血管処置方法であって、
細長い腔内部材をアクセス部位から静脈内に前進させるステップと、
前記腔内部材に結合されたモータを用いて前記腔内部材またはその一部に所定の運動をさせるステップと、
モータ駆動回路に接続された負荷センサを用いて、前記腔内部材によって前記モータにかかる負荷を検出するステップと、
前記負荷センサの出力に基づいて前記モータの速度および方向の一方または両方を変更するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記モータの速度が、前記負荷センサの出力に応答して低下する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記モータが、前記負荷センサの出力に応答して停止する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記モータの速度が、前記負荷センサの出力に応答して上昇する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記モータの運動方向が、前記負荷センサの出力に応答して反転する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 静脈を永久に閉塞させる装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材であって、近位端部および遠位端部を有する、腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合された電動式駆動系であって、前記腔内部材またはその一部を回転させるように構成された、電動式駆動系と、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向を反転させる手段と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記回転方向を反転させる手段が、モータ制御/駆動回路および可逆モータを備えている、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記回転方向を反転させる手段が、運動チェーンを備えている、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、
を備える、請求項31に記載の装置。
