Abstract
【解決手段】血管の処置を実施するための装置は、血管の処置中に制御下で運動する腔内部材を備えている。血管処置装置の腔内部材は、モータ50に接続することができる。腔内部材の回転方向を反転させて、血管除去処置手順中に静脈が絡む可能性および期間を削減することができる。方向の反転は、自動的に行うこともできるし、または電動式駆動系52の一部として設置されるセンサ、例えば、負荷センサに応答して行うこともできる。

本明細書は、血管処置の分野に関する。
血管、血管奇形、およびリンパ系などの体の他の系における同様の問題の処置に硬化療法を使用することができ、この硬化療法は、様々な形態で150年以上も使用されてきた。その最近の形態では、硬化療法は、欧州では、様々な静脈の症状、例えば;静脈瘤、網状脈、脚のクモ状静脈瘤、および顔面細静脈の処置に1960年代から使用されてきた。
以下の説明および例は、本発明の好ましい実施形態を詳細に解説する。当業者であれば、本発明の範囲内である本発明の数々の変更および改良が存在することを理解できよう。したがって、好ましい実施形態の説明は、本発明の範囲を限定すると見なすべきものではない。この説明では、図面を参照し、これらの図面の同様の部分には同様の参照符号が付されている。
Claims (17)
- 血管処理装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合され、モータ駆動回路とモータを有する電動式駆動系を備え、
前記電動式駆動系が、
前記腔内部材またはその一部を第一方向に回転するように構成され、および
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向を定期的に変更し、回転振動を起こすように構成されており、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向の定期的な変更が、前記腔内部材またはその一部の全回転の間に起こり、および、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転振動が、前記対象の血管の内壁を傷つけ、かつ前記対象の前記血管の内壁と前記腔内部材またはその一部の絡み合いを防止する、装置。 - 前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向の定期的な変更が、設定回転数またはその設定回転数未満の後に起こる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、運動チェーンを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、変速機を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記モータが、可逆モータを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記可逆モータの回転方向を定期的に反転させるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ駆動回路が、プログラム可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い腔内部材の遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 血管処理装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合され、モータ駆動回路とモータを有する電動式駆動系を備え、
前記電動式駆動系が、
前記腔内部材またはその一部を第一方向に回転するように構成され、および
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向を定期的に変更し、回転振動を起こすように構成されており、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向の定期的な変更が、設定時間間隔で発生し、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転振動が、前記対象の血管の内壁を傷つけ、かつ前記対象の前記血管の内壁と前記腔内部材またはその一部の絡み合いを防止する、装置。 - 前記モータが、可逆モータを備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、運動チェーンを備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い腔内部材の遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、を備える、請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記モータが、変速機を備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記可逆モータの回転方向を定期的に反転するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ駆動回路が、プログラム可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。
