Claims (11)
- 生体管腔に挿入されて当該生体管腔の物体を破壊するための医療デバイスであって、
回転駆動される長尺なシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部を回転させる駆動部と、
前記シャフト部の遠位部に設けられて回転可能である破砕部と、
前記駆動部の回転を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記破砕部は、径方向外側および回転方向へ向かって凸状に曲がる凸部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記駆動部を、回転の停止を挟みつつ回転を繰り返すように制御し、
前記制御部は、前記駆動部の回転を停止させた後、所定時間継続して前記駆動部の回転を停止させる医療デバイス。 - 前記制御部は、前記駆動部を停止させて再び回転させる際に、停止させる前の回転方向と反対方向へ前記駆動部を回転させる請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記制御部は、前記駆動部を反対方向へ回転させる際に、前の回転の回転角と同じ回転角で回転させる請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記制御部は、前記駆動部の回転を720度以上同方向へ継続させる請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記制御部は、前記駆動部の回転を停止させる際に、当該駆動部に回転方向と逆方向への回転力を生じさせる電流を作用させる請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 駆動部により回転駆動される長尺なシャフト部と、前記シャフト部の遠位部に設けられて生体管腔の物体を破壊する径方向外側および回転方向へ向かって凸状に曲がる凸部を有する破砕部と、前記駆動部の回転を制御する制御部と、が設けられた医療デバイスの前記制御部による回転制御方法であって、
前記制御部が前記駆動部により前記シャフト部を回転させるステップと、
前記制御部が前記駆動部の回転を停止させるステップと、
前記制御部が前記駆動部を再び回転させるステップと、を有し、
前記制御部は前記駆動部の回転を停止させた後、所定時間継続して前記駆動部の回転を停止させる医療デバイスの回転制御方法。 - 前記制御部が前記駆動部を再び回転させるステップにおいて、停止させる前の前記駆動部の回転方向と反対方向へ前記駆動部を回転させる請求項6に記載の医療デバイスの回転制御方法。
- 前記制御部が前記駆動部を再び回転させるステップにおいて、前の回転の回転角と同じ回転角で前記駆動部を回転させる請求項7に記載の医療デバイスの回転制御方法。
- 前記制御部が前記駆動部の回転を720度以上同方向へ継続させる請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイスの回転制御方法。
- 前記制御部が前記駆動部の回転を停止させる際に、当該駆動部に回転方向と逆方向への回転力を生じさせる電流を作用させる請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイスの回転制御方法。
- 回転駆動される長尺なシャフト部と、前記シャフト部の遠位部に設けられて生体管腔の物体を破壊する径方向外側および回転方向へ向かって凸状に曲がる凸部を有する破砕部と、が設けられた医療デバイスを制御する回転制御装置であって、
前記シャフト部を回転させる駆動部と、
前記駆動部の回転を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記駆動部を、所定時間継続する回転の停止を挟みつつ回転を繰り返すように制御する回転制御装置。
