Abstract

静脉取栓管属医疗器械,是专为取除四肢深静脉 内的全部血栓而不损伤深静脉的瓣膜,完好地保存深 静脉瓣膜的抗逆流功能而设计的。
它由取栓管1和通管丝2构成,取栓管1的头端 与取栓管1的直径相同并弯曲30度,取栓管1的尾 部有一球囊;通管丝2与取栓管1等长,通管丝2的 管外部分为与取栓管1外径相等的钢帽。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于人体静脉的取栓管。
目前临床应用的动脉取栓管因不能避开静脉瓣膜而不能用于四肢深静脉取栓术。若强行通过静脉瓣膜取栓,不但不能将静脉内的血栓取除干净,而且破坏深静脉瓣膜,使瓣膜失去抗逆流的功能,必将使患者留有严重的患肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的后遗症。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种取除四肢深静脉内的血栓的导管,用它可取出四肢深静脉内的全部血栓而不损伤深静脉的瓣膜,完好地保存深静脉瓣膜的抗逆流功能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它由取栓管1和通管丝2构成,取栓管1的头端与取栓管1的直径相同并弯曲30度,取栓管的尾部有一球囊,通管丝2与取栓管等长。
为了上述目的,取栓管1为管尾带球囊的2~3mm直径的塑料管,管头1cm弯曲30度,管内有与取栓管1等长的不锈钢通管丝2,通管丝2的管外部分带有与取栓管1外径相等的不锈钢帽,以增加其韧性,使取栓管1容易导入静脉内。取栓管1依管尾的球囊大小和管的长度分为4种型号。除#F7管长100cm,直径2.5mm外,#F4至#F6的长度均为80cm,直径均为2mm;#F4至#F7球囊的最大液体容量分别为1.0ml,1.5ml,2.0ml和2.5ml。各型号的取栓管1从管头至管尾每10cm有一环形标记,50cm处为两个靠近的环形标记,以便于静脉取栓术中判定取栓管1插入静脉的深度。每种型号的取栓管1以不同颜色加以区别,#F4至#F7分别为红、白、蓝和黄色。

使用本实用新型静脉取栓管取栓时,应先在血栓的近心端阻断静脉,以防血栓脱落,靠近阻断处切开静脉;然后在小腿或前臂的远端切口显露肢体的深静脉,切开该静脉并经静脉切口向深静脉的近心端插入取栓管1的头部直至可在血栓近端的静脉切口引出;向近心端抽拉取栓管1,使取栓管1的尾部进入静脉;抽出取栓管1内的通管丝2,用5ml的注射器抽入球囊所允许的最大液体容量的盐水,将注射器针头插入取栓管的头部,向球囊内注入盐水,使球囊与静脉壁间略有阻力为度,一边注入盐水一边抽拉取栓管,静脉内的血栓即在球囊的阻挡过程中从静脉近心端切口取出。
本实用新型的优点在于:用它可取出四肢深静脉内的全部血栓而不损伤深静脉的瓣膜,完好地保存深静脉瓣膜的抗逆流功能。本静脉取栓管除可用于深静脉取栓外,也可用于动脉取栓术,与动脉取栓管有同等功效。

Claims (3)

1、一种静脉取栓管其特征在于它由取栓管1和通管丝2构成,取栓管1的头部与取栓管1的直径相同并弯曲30度,取栓管1的尾部带有球囊,从管头至管尾每10cm有一环形标记。
2、根据权利要求1所述的静脉取栓管其特征在于取栓管的最佳长度为80cm,球囊最佳容量为2.0ml,头部弯曲30度。
3、根据权利要求1所述的静脉取栓管其特征在于取栓管1材料为塑料,通管丝为不锈钢。
