Description
Claims (16)
- 間隔を隔てて平行な関係で設けられた一対のガラスペインと、
フレームによって張力下で支持され、前記ガラスペインの間に間隔を隔てて平行な関係で設けられた少なくとも1の透明なポリマーシートであって、少なくとも1のポリマーシートの少なくとも1の表面が、誘電体層及び金属層の複合多層積層体の形態である実質的に透明なコーティングを有し、前記積層体が、最大15nmの厚みの酸化亜鉛シード層に蒸着した少なくとも1の低放射金属層を含む前記ポリマーシートと
を備える、絶縁ガラスユニット。 - 前記低放射金属層が、銀、並びに、ニッケル、パラジウム及び金のいずれか1又は2以上を最大25%含有する銀合金から選択された金属で構成される、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化亜鉛シード層が5〜15nmの厚みを有する、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記低放射金属層が、ニクロム、チタニウム、亜鉛アルミニウム合金又はニクロム窒化物で構成された、最大5nmの厚みのキャップ層を有する、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記多層積層体が、酸化インジウム、酸化亜鉛インジウム、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛スズ、又はこれらの酸化物の混合物からなる少なくとも1の非晶質誘電体層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記ポリマーシートがポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 2又は3以上の透明なポリマーシートが、前記ガラスペインの間に互いに間隔を隔てて平行な関係で、フレームによって張力下で支持されている、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記複合多層積層体が、少なくとも1のポリマーシートの両表面をコーティングしている、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記複合多層積層体が、最大15nmの厚みの各酸化亜鉛シード層に蒸着した複数の低放射金属層を含み、全ての金属層の累積厚みが最大60nmである、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記フレームが2又は3以上のスペーサーを含み、前記フレーム及び前記スペーサーが、その周縁部において、各ガラスペイン及び少なくとも1の透明なポリマーシートと結合している、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 誘電体層及び金属層の前記複合多層積層体が、前記ポリマーシート上の非晶質酸化インジウム誘電体層と、最大15nmの厚みの結晶質酸化亜鉛シード層と、前記酸化亜鉛シード層上で成長した少なくとも1の銀層と、前記銀層上に蒸着した酸化インジウム保護層とを含む、請求項1に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記ポリマーシート上の前記非晶質酸化インジウム誘電体層が20〜80nmの厚みを有する、請求項11に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記銀層が5〜60nmの厚みを有する、請求項11に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記酸化インジウム保護層が20〜60nmの厚みを有する、請求項11に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 前記積層体が、酸化亜鉛シード層、銀層及び酸化インジウム保護層の配列を1又は2以上含み、各酸化亜鉛シード層の厚みが最大15nmであり、全ての銀層の累積厚みの合計が最大60nmである、請求項11に記載の絶縁ガラスユニット。
- 絶縁ガラスユニット内に張力下で浮設するための透明なポリマーシートであって、前記ポリマーシートの少なくとも1の表面が、誘電体層及び金属層の複合多層積層体の形態である実質的に透明なコーティングを有し、前記積層体が、最大15nmの厚みの酸化亜鉛誘電体シード層に蒸着した少なくとも1の低放射金属層を含む、前記ポリマーシート。
