<技術分野>
この発明は処理システムに関し、特に複数の異なる原料から製品を製造するために用いられる処理システムに関する。
いくつかの実施形態では、スプリング状のダイヤフラムの凹面部により、各ポンプストロークにおいて供給する流体の容積に等しいか、実質的に等しいか、ほぼ等しい容積が規定される。これは、容積が一定のポンピングチャンバを作る必要が無くなるという利点がある。容積が一定のポンピングチャンバを正確な寸法で作ることは、現実に許容できる範囲内では難しく、また高価である。この実施形態では、ポンプ制御チャンバはダイヤフラムの凸面が接するように形成され、反対側の面はどのような形状でもよい。すなわち、性能には関係ない。

Claims (2)
- 製品コンテナが空であることを検出する方法であって、
ポンプアセンブリに通電し;
前記製品コンテナからミクロ原料をポンプにより汲み出し;
静電容量プレートを変位距離だけ変位させ;
コンデンサの静電容量を測定し;
測定した前記静電容量から変位距離を計算し;
前記変位距離が周期的に変化するかどうかに基づいて、前記製品コンテナが空か否かを決めることを含む方法。 - 製品コンテナが空であることを検出する方法であって、
ポンプアセンブリに通電し;
前記製品コンテナからミクロ原料をポンプで汲み出してダイヤフラムアセンブリを変位距離だけ変位させ;
変換器アセンブリを用いて前記変位距離を測定し;
前記変換器アセンブリを用いて前記製品コンテナからポンプで汲み出されたミクロ原料の量の少なくとも一部に基づいて信号を生じさせ;
前記信号が周期的に変化するかどうかに基づいて、前記製品コンテナが空か否かを決めることを含む方法。
