目前,用于制作苏打水的苏打水制备组件,通常包括苏打水罐和气罐,气罐与苏打水罐通过连通管路连通,气罐内的二氧化碳气体充入苏打水罐内,而与流入到苏打水罐内的水混合,从而制得苏打水。但是由于现有的苏打水制备组件中未设置检测气罐内气体压力的检测装置,则当气罐内气体减少到一定值后,充入到苏打水罐的气体过少,且由于气体压力较小,使得气体不能够充分溶解到水中,从而导致制得的苏打水中二氧化碳气体含量过低,影响到口感。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种苏打水制备组件,旨在对气罐内的气体压力进行检测,并提醒用户进行充气。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的苏打水制备组件包括:
苏打水罐;
气罐,与所述苏打水罐连通;
低压检测装置,设于所述气罐;以及
报警装置,与所述低压检测装置电连接;
所述低压检测装置用以在所述气罐出现低压状态时,触发所述报警装置发出报警信号。
优选地,所述气罐包括罐体,以及连通所述罐体与所述苏打水罐的连通管路,所述低压检测装置设置在所述连通管路上。

本实施例中,由于苏打水罐10固定在冷水罐80上,并至少部分伸入到冷水罐80内,也即相当于苏打水罐10与冷水罐80是内外嵌套设置的,苏打水罐10与冷水罐80两者形成一体结构,则在安装到苏打水机壳体上时,只要将冷水罐80与苏打水机壳体安装即可,从而简少了安装步骤,简化了罐体组件与苏打水机壳体的安装。同时,苏打水罐10与冷水罐80内外相嵌套设置的结构,在空间上更加紧凑,能够减小整体空间的占用,有利于苏打水机内部空间的合理利用,使得苏打水机整体体积较小。同时,所述蒸发器70位于所述冷水罐80外,能够避免对饮用水造成污染。此外,所述蒸发器70环设于所述苏打水罐10上,还能对苏打水进一步制冷,提升苏打水口感。
请参考图3,在第二实施例中,所述苏打水机包括储水箱90,以及分别设置在所述储水箱90内的蒸发器70和冷水管91,所述冷水管91的进水端穿出所述储水箱90,并连通滤芯的出水端,所述冷水管91的出水端穿出所述储水箱90,并连通所述苏打水罐10,以供制备苏打水。该实施例中,苏打水罐10设置在所述储水箱90内,该储水箱90内装有水作为传热介质。
本实施例中,由于净水是通过单独的冷水管91设置在储水箱90内,而与位于储水箱90内的蒸发器70独立设置的,如此蒸发器70未直接接触净水,蒸发器70表面的细菌灰尘等污染物,甚至是当蒸发器70内冷媒发生泄漏时,均不会对冷水管91内净水造成污染,从而可保证冷水管91内净水的水质。同时,由于苏打水罐10位于储水箱90内,苏打水罐10浸泡在水中,使得苏打水罐10内的苏打水能够被蒸发器70进一步冷却,从而使得苏打水的制冷效果更好。此外,蒸发器70、冷水管91以及苏打水罐10均设置在储水箱90内的形式,使得这些部件形成一个整体模块,仅需通过储水箱90与苏打水机壳体安装即可,从而可实现模块化安装,达到简化安装步骤,实现快速安装的目的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,包括:
    苏打水罐;
    气罐,与所述苏打水罐连通;
    低压检测装置,设于所述气罐;以及
    报警装置,与所述低压检测装置电连接;
    所述低压检测装置用以在所述气罐出现低压状态时,触发所述报警装置发出报警信号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述气罐包括罐体,以及连通所述罐体与所述苏打水罐的连通管路,所述低压检测装置设置在所述连通管路上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述气罐包括罐体,以及连通所述罐体与所述苏打水罐的连通管路,所述低压检测装置位于所述罐体内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述低压检测装置为低压开关。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述低压检测装置为低压传感器。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述气罐上还设有压力表,以用于显示所述气罐内的气压值。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述报警装置为蜂鸣器、语音报警器、闪烁灯、LED屏中的任意一种。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述气罐与所述苏打水罐的连通管路上还设有单向阀,所述单向阀的导通方向为自所述气罐到所述苏打水罐的方向。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的苏打水制备组件,其特征在于,所述苏打水罐上还设有泄压阀。
  10. 一种苏打水机,其特征在于,所述苏打水机包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的苏打水制备组件。
