Abstract
【解決手段】第1のロール1に第1の布帛層11を用意し、第2のロール1に第2の布帛層12を用意し、第1及び第2の布帛層11,12を合流させて互いに接触させ、第1及び第2の布帛層11,12を一緒に金属被覆し、被着された金属15により両布帛層11,12を互いに固く結合し、1つの布帛結合体13を形成するようにした。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの布帛層(11,12)を有するスクリーン構造(10)を製造する方法であって、
第1のロール(1)に第1の布帛層(11)を用意し、第2のロール(1)に第2の布帛層(12)を用意し、
前記第1及び第2の布帛層(11,12)を合流させて互いに接触させ、
前記第1及び第2の布帛層(11,12)を一緒に金属被覆し、被着された金属(15)により両布帛層(11,12)を互いに固く結合し、1つの布帛結合体(13)を形成する、
ことを特徴とする、スクリーン構造を製造する方法。 - 前記布帛結合体(13)を第3のロール(9)に巻き取る前に、前記布帛結合体(13)の後続の洗浄(5)及び乾燥(6)並びに場合によっては光に反応する感光層(14)又は局所的に除去可能なポリマー層の被着を実施する、請求項1記載のスクリーン構造を製造する方法。
- 前記金属被覆を、外部電源を用いない金属析出(15)を伴う化学的な金属被覆として実施する、請求項1又は2記載のスクリーン構造を製造する方法。
- 前記金属被覆を、電気化学的なめっき、特にニッケル浴(3)内での電気化学的なめっきとして実施する、請求項1又は2記載のスクリーン構造を製造する方法。
- スクリーン構造(10)、特にスクリーン印刷用のスクリーン構造(10)であって、互いに略平行に配置される少なくとも2つの布帛層(11,12)を備え、特に請求項1記載の方法により製造されるスクリーン構造(10)において、
前記布帛層(11,12)には、めっきにより被着された金属層(15)が設けられており、前記布帛層(11,12)は、前記金属層(15)により互いに結合されており、かつ
特に前記金属層(15)は、主としてニッケルからなる、
ことを特徴とするスクリーン構造。 - それぞれの布帛層(11,12)は鋼製の布帛である、請求項5記載のスクリーン構造。
- 前記布帛層(11,12)は、それぞれ異なる布帛形式の布帛層である、請求項5又は6記載のスクリーン構造。
- 少なくとも2つの布帛層(11,12)を有するスクリーン構造(10)を製造する方法であって、
第1のロール(1)に第1の布帛層(11)を用意し、第2のロール(1)に第2の布帛層(12)を用意し、
前記第1及び/又は第2の布帛層(11,12)に、両布帛層(11,12)を結合するために、エマルション(14)を設け、
前記第1及び第2の布帛層(11,12)を変向ロール(2)を介して合流させ、前記エマルション(14)により結合し、1つの布帛結合体(13)を形成する、
ことを特徴とする、スクリーン構造を製造する方法。 - 前記エマルション(14)として光に反応する感光層を使用する、請求項8記載の方法。
- スクリーン構造(10)、特にスクリーン印刷用のスクリーン構造(10)であって、互いに略平行に配置される少なくとも2つの布帛層(11,12)を備え、特に請求項9記載の方法により製造されるスクリーン構造(10)において、
前記布帛層(11,12)は、貼り合わされて、1つの結合体(13)を形成していることを特徴とするスクリーン構造。
