Abstract
【解決手段】丸端子固定構造1Aは、電線2の端末に接続された丸端子3をバスバ4に重ねてボルト5で固定する構造である。丸端子3は、ボルト5が通される第1貫通孔30が形成されたボルト挿通部31と、電線2の芯線21を圧着する芯線圧着部32と、絶縁被覆圧着部33と、を有している。バスバ4は、ボルト5が通される第2貫通孔40が形成された平板部41と、該平板部41から立設し、第1貫通孔30が第2貫通孔40に重なった状態で互いの間に芯線圧着部32を位置付ける一対の立設片42,43と、リレーやヒューズに電気接続される複数の接続部と、を有している。一対の立設片42,43間の間隔は、ボルト挿通部31の幅よりも小さく形成されている。

Description
本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる「丸端子固定構造」及び該丸端子固定構造が用いられた「電気接続箱」を図1〜9を参照して説明する。
本発明の第2の実施形態にかかる「丸端子固定構造」及び該丸端子固定構造が用いられた「電気接続箱」を図10〜14を参照して説明する。また、図10〜14において、第1の実施形態と同一構成部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 電線の端末に接続された丸端子をバスバに重ねてボルトで固定する丸端子固定構造において、
前記丸端子が、前記ボルトが通される第1貫通孔が形成されたボルト挿通部と、前記電線の芯線を圧着する芯線圧着部と、を有し、
前記バスバが、前記ボルトが通される第2貫通孔が形成された平板部と、該平板部から立設し、前記第1貫通孔が前記第2貫通孔に重なった状態で互いの間に前記芯線圧着部を位置付ける一対の立設片と、を有し、
前記一対の立設片間の間隔が、前記ボルト挿通部の幅よりも小さく形成されている
ことを特徴とする丸端子固定構造。 - 前記一対の立設片のうち少なくとも一方の先端部が、前記第2貫通孔から離れるにしたがって前記平板部に近付く方向に傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の丸端子固定構造。 - 前記一対の立設片のうち他方の先端部も、前記第2貫通孔から離れるにしたがって前記平板部に近付く方向に傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の丸端子固定構造。
