Abstract
【解決手段】PM捕集フィルター18が再生待ち状態になり、かつDOC17の温度が活性化温度未満であるときは、HEV1の走行状態に応じて切替スイッチ21を制御して、バッテリー8に蓄えられた電力又は電動モータ6が発電する電力を、DOC17の前面に対向して配置された電熱体22に供給して発熱させることで、DOC17を活性化温度以上に昇温してPM再生を行う。

Claims (7)
- バッテリーに接続された電動モータ及びエンジンの少なくとも一方を駆動源とするハイブリッドシステムと、前記エンジンの排気管に介設された前段に酸化触媒を有するPM捕集フィルターからなる排ガス浄化システムと、前記ハイブリッドシステム及び排ガス浄化システムを制御する制御手段とを有するハイブリッド機関において、
前記バッテリー及び電動モータに切替スイッチを介して切替可能に接続する電熱体を、前記酸化触媒の前面に対向して配置し、
前記制御手段は、前記PM捕集フィルターが再生待ち状態になり、かつ前記酸化触媒の温度が該酸化触媒の活性化温度未満であるときは、前記切替スイッチを制御して、前記バッテリーに蓄えられた電力又は前記電動モータが発電する電力を前記電熱体に供給して発熱させることで、前記酸化触媒を前記活性化温度以上に昇温することを特徴とするハイブリッド機関。 - 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて前記切替スイッチを制御する請求項1に記載のハイブリッド機関。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動モータが発電する電力を前記電熱体に供給する場合において、前記エンジンの駆動力の一部により前記電動モータを駆動して発電させる請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド機関。
- 前記ハイブリッド機関は、前記排気管内に未燃燃料を供給する未燃燃料供給手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記酸化触媒が前記活性化温度に到達したときに、前記電熱体への電力の供給を停止するとともに、前記未燃燃料供給手段を起動させる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド機関。 - 車両の駆動源として用いられる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド機関。
- バッテリーに接続された電動モータ及びエンジンの少なくとも一方を駆動源とするハイブリッドシステムと、前記エンジンの排気管に介設された前段に酸化触媒を有するPM捕集フィルターからなる排ガス浄化システムとを有するハイブリッド機関の制御方法において、
前記PM捕集フィルターが再生待ち状態になり、かつ前記酸化触媒の温度が該酸化触媒の活性化温度未満であるときは、前記バッテリーに蓄えられた電力又は前記電動モータが発電する電力を、前記酸化触媒の前面に対向して配置された電熱体に供給して発熱させることで、前記酸化触媒を前記活性化温度以上に昇温することを特徴とするハイブリッド機関の制御方法。 - 前記酸化触媒が活性化温度に到達したときに、前記電熱体への電力の供給を停止するとともに、前記排気管内に未燃燃料を供給する請求項6に記載のハイブリッド機関の制御方法。
