Claims (14)
- 工作物表面(10a;10b)を処理する処理装置、とりわけ、シリンダ・ボア(11a、12a、13a;11b、12b、13b)の内面被覆のための処理装置であって、
少なくとも処理中に、前記処理を行うべき前記工作物表面(10a;10b)の部分領域(15a;15b)と、前記工作物表面(10a;10b)の隣接して配置された部分領域(16a、17a)とを、互いに分離するために設けられた遮蔽ユニット(14a;14b)を備える処理装置において、
前記遮蔽ユニット(14a;14b)は、前記少なくとも2つの部分領域(15a、16a;17a;15b)を分離するための流体流れ(20a、21a;20b、21b)を発生させるように設けられた少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)を備えることを特徴とする処理装置。 - 前記遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)によって発生させることのできる前記流体流れ(20a、21a;20b、21b)は、少なくとも部分的に前記工作物表面(10a;10b)に沿って方向付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b;19b)は、圧縮空気ノズルとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された処理装置。
- 前記遮断ノズル(18a、19a)は平らな噴流を発生させるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された処理装置。
- 前記遮断ノズル(18b、19b)は圧縮空気クッションを発生させるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された処理装置。
- 前記工作物表面(10a;10b)を処理するためのトーチ(22a;22b)を特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)によって発生させることのできる前記流体流れ(20a、21a;20b、21b)は、前記トーチ(22a;22b)のトーチ噴流(23a;23b)を曲げるために提供されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載された処理装置。
- 前記遮断ノズル(18a)と前記トーチ(22a)とは互いに80度〜150度の角度(24a)で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は請求項7に記載された処理装置。
- 前記遮断ノズル(18a)と前記トーチ(22a)とは互いに約180度の角度で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は請求項7に記載された処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)は前記トーチ(22a)に対して位置決めすることができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載された処理装置。
- 前記トーチ(22a;22b)に対して、前記第1の遮断ノズル(18a;18b)の反対に配置されるように設けられた第2の遮断ノズル(19a;19b)を特徴とする、請求項6から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載された処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a;18b)の主放出方向(27a;27b)に少なくとも略直角に方向付けられた支持軸線(26a;26b)を有する、前記トーチ(22a;22b)の支持装置(25a;25b)を特徴とする、請求項6から請求項11までのいずれか1項に記載された処理装置。
- 前記トーチ(22a;22b)の位置調整及び/又は位置決めに応じて前記遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)を作動及び/又は作動停止させるために設けられた、前記少なくとも1つの遮断ノズル(18a、19a;18b、19b)を制御するための制御装置を特徴とする、請求項10に記載された処理装置。
- 工作物表面(10a;10b)を処理する方法、とりわけ、シリンダ・ボア(11a、12a、13a;11b、12b、13b)の内面被覆の方法であって、
前記処理を行うべき前記工作物表面(10a;10b)の部分領域(15a;15b)と、前記工作物表面(10a;10b)の隣接して配置された部分領域(16a、17a)とを、少なくとも処理の間、互いに分離する前記方法において、
