Claims (3)
- 端子の伸延方向に直交する接合面を有する電線接合部が端子の一端に形成され、その接合面に電線の絶縁被覆が剥離された芯線部の先端が超音波接合されてなる電線と端子との接合構造。
- 前記芯線部の先端の断面が前記接合面への超音波接合前に予め所定の形状に成型されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線と端子との接合構造。
- 前記端子の前記電線接合部の接合面に、前記芯線部の先端が嵌装可能な凹所が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線と端子との接合構造。
