Claims (9)
- 平坦な上面(A)及び平坦な下面(B)を有するメタルケーブル(1)であって、
前記第1メタルケーブルの前記平坦面のうちの一方から約90度で延在する、少なくとも1つの中空の一体化された立上り管(2)を含み、
前記中空立上り管は、第2メタルケーブル(3)の端部を収容するように構成される、メタルケーブル(1)。 - 前記ケーブルは、工業用純アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から作製される、請求項1に記載のメタルケーブル。
- 前記メタルケーブル(1)は、合金AA1370、AA8176又はAA1350合金から選択されたアルミニウム合金から作製される、請求項1又は2に記載のメタルケーブル。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のメタルケーブルであって、
前記中空立上り管は、前記ケーブルの端部に位置する、メタルケーブル。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のメタルケーブル(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記立上り管は、前記第1メタルケーブルの材料から直接、後方押出によって製造される、方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のメタルケーブル(1)を備える接続構造体であって、
第2メタルケーブル(3)が前記第1メタルケーブルの前記中空立上り管(2)内に挿入され、前記メタルケーブル(1)と接合される、接続構造体。 - 前記第2メタルケーブル(3)が撚線アルミニウムケーブルである、請求項6に記載の接続構造体。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の接続構造体を作製する方法であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のメタルケーブル(1)を第2メタルケーブルに、
前記中空立上り管の真下の領域において回転工具(4)を前記メタルケーブル(1)の前記下面と接触させることにより、
前記第2メタルケーブル(3)を前記第1メタルケーブルに摩擦圧接することによって接合するステップを含む方法。 - 前記摩擦圧接は、
前記第2メタルケーブル(3)及び/又は前記立上り管底面(C)の部分的溶融まで、
前記メタルケーブル(1)の前記中空立上り管(2)内部で前記第2メタルケーブル(3)を回転させることによって行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
