Claims (8)
- 排ガス中の窒素酸化物に還元剤を注入することにより前記窒素酸化物を脱硝する脱硝触媒を含む脱硝装置と、
前記脱硝装置の下流に設置され、排熱処理を行う熱交換器と、
前記脱硝装置と前記熱交換器とを接続し、前記排ガス中の硫黄酸化物と前記還元剤との混合を促進するエキスパンションジョイントと
を備えることを特徴とする脱硝システム。 - 前記脱硝装置を支持する支持架構と、
前記エキスパンションジョイントから吊り下げられた前記熱交換器の重量を支持する支持梁とを備え、
前記支持梁は、前記支持架構に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脱硝システム。 - 前記熱交換器を洗浄する洗浄装置を備える特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の脱硝システム。
- 前記熱交換器の下流に設置され、ハロゲンガスにより前記排ガス中の水銀を酸化する水銀酸化触媒を備え、
前記エキスパンションジョイントは、前記ハロゲンガスと前記水銀との混合を促進することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の脱硝システム。 - 前記脱硝装置と前記熱交換器におけるガス温度が、酸性硫安の析出温度以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の脱硝システム。
- 前記熱交換器におけるガス温度が、前記脱硝装置おけるガス温度よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の脱硝システム。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記脱硝装置の上流から前記脱硝装置の下流へ移設されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の脱硝システム。
- 排ガス中の窒素酸化物に還元剤を注入することにより前記窒素酸化物を脱硝する脱硝触媒を含む脱硝装置を追設し、
前記脱硝装置の下流に設置され、排熱処理を行う熱交換器を設置し、
前記脱硝装置と前記熱交換器とを接続し、前記排ガス中の硫黄酸化物と前記還元剤との混合距離を確保するためのエキスパンションジョイントを設置することを特徴とする脱硝装置追設方法。
