Abstract
【解決手段】車両14側から外部の水素ステーション12に発信した、充填に関連する赤外線Lの信号を表す符号化データd及び該符号化データdから変換された2値のパルス列からなる駆動信号fのいずれかを、車両14の記録部60に記録する。充填異常発生時に、車両14側からの指令に異常があったのか、水素ステーション12側に異常があったのかを切り分けることができ、充填異常発生部を検証できる。

Description
図1は、外部の燃料供給源である水素ステーション12と、燃料電池システムの第1実施形態に係る燃料電池自動車14(単に、車両14ともいう。)と、を備える通信充填システム10の機能ブロックの構成を示している。
第1実施形態に係る燃料電池システムとしての車両14は、基本的には以上のように構成されるものであり、以下、図3のフローチャートを参照してその作用及び効果(処理)について説明する。
次に、充填異常発生部の検証乃至考察をより正確かつ詳細に行うべく、すなわち検証の信頼性を上げるべく、図5は、第1実施形態に係る燃料電池自動車14の変形例の処理の説明に供されるフローチャートを示している。
上述した充填ECU44は、車両14の停止時(発電停止状態)における燃料ガスの充填制御専用のECUであるので、記録部60の容量、いわゆるメモリ容量が比較的に小さい。このメモリ容量を大きくしようとすると、充填ECU44のコストがアップする。そこで、この第2実施形態では、充填ECU44以外の、車両14が本来備える、メモリ容量の比較的に大きいFCECU48を記録制御装置として利用する。なお、以下に参照する図面中の構成要素(フローチャートの処理ステップも含めて)において、第1実施形態で説明した構成要素(フローチャートの処理ステップも含めて)と同じものについてはその説明を省略する。
第2実施形態に係る燃料電池システムとしての車両14Aは、基本的には以上のように構成されるものであり、以下、図9のフローチャートを参照してその作用及び効果について図3のフローチャートと対比しながら説明する。
なお、この第2実施形態においても、第1実施形態の変形例の図5のフローチャートによる処理と同様に、この第2実施形態の変形例に係る燃料電池自動車14Aでは、図10のフローチャートによる処理に示すように、充填ECU44Aが起動したステップS1に続けて、ステップS1Bにて、車両ECUであるFCECU48Aを起動する。
上記した第1実施形態及び第2実施形態では、燃料電池自動車14、14Aの車両側発信機34から外部の燃料供給装置である水素ステーション12の供給側受信機32に送信される赤外線Lのパルス信号に係わる符号化データd及び/又は駆動信号fを記録部60、70に記録するようにしているが、これに限らず、外部の水素ステーション12Aの供給側発信機82から燃料電池システムの車両側受信機84に送信される赤外線Lのパルス信号に係わる駆動信号f及び/又は符号化データdを記録部60、70に記録するようにすることもできる。
上記した第1−第3実施形態では、燃料電池システムの例を示しているが、この発明は燃料電池システムに適用する他、燃料消費システム、例えば、水素エンジン自動車やCNG自動車に適用することができる。

- 燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池に供給する燃料ガスを貯蔵する燃料貯蔵部と、
前記燃料貯蔵部の内部状態を検出する貯蔵部内部状態検出部と、
外部から前記燃料貯蔵部への前記燃料ガスの充填時に、充填に関連する信号を前記外部に発信する発信機と、
前記貯蔵部内部状態検出部により検出された検出値が入力され該検出値に基づいて前記外部に発信すべき情報を処理する情報処理部、及び該情報処理部により処理されたデータを前記発信機の駆動信号に変換する駆動信号生成部を有する制御装置と、
を備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記制御装置は、
前記情報処理部により処理されたデータ及び前記駆動信号生成部により生成された駆動信号のうち、少なくともいずれかを記録する記録部を有する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記情報処理部が前記検出値により充填異常を検知した場合に、前記記録部への記録を行う
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池に供給する燃料ガスを貯蔵する燃料貯蔵部と、
前記燃料貯蔵部の内部状態を検出する貯蔵部内部状態検出部と、
外部から前記燃料貯蔵部への前記燃料ガスの充填時に、充填に関連する信号を前記外部に発信する発信機と、
前記貯蔵部内部状態検出部により検出された検出値が入力され該検出値に基づいて前記外部に発信すべき情報を処理する情報処理部、及び該情報処理部により処理されたデータを前記発信機の駆動信号に変換する駆動信号生成部を有する充填用制御装置と、
を備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記充填用制御装置の前記情報処理部により処理されたデータ及び前記充填用制御装置の前記駆動信号生成部により生成された駆動信号のうち、少なくともいずれかを記録する記録用制御装置を有する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記記録用制御装置は、
時刻把握機能を有し、前記データ及び前記駆動信号を時刻と関連付けて記録する
ことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記外部には、
前記燃料貯蔵部側の前記発信機から送信された充填に関連する前記信号を受信する供給側受信部を有し、前記燃料貯蔵部に前記燃料ガスを供給する燃料供給装置と、
前記燃料供給装置に設けられ、前記燃料貯蔵部に前記燃料ガスを供給する際の充填に関連する信号を外部に発信する燃料供給側発信機と、が設けられ、
