Claims (20)
- 多重管燃料ノズルのための燃焼器キャップ組立体を備えるシステムであって、前記燃焼器キャップ組立体が、
空気流を収容するように構成された内部空間を画定する支持構造体と、
前記内部空間内に配設された複数の混合管であって、該複数の混合管の各々が、それぞれの燃料噴射器を備え、前記燃焼器キャップ組立体から個々に取り外し可能である複数の混合管と、
前記内部空間内に配設され、前記内部空間によって収容される前記空気流を前記複数の混合管の各々に分配するように構成された空気分配装置と、
前記支持構造体に取り外し可能に結合された燃焼器キャップとを備えるシステム。 - 前記燃焼器キャップが、半径方向のばねによって前記支持構造体に取り外し可能に結合される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記空気分配装置が、複数のアパーチャを備え、前記複数の混合管の各々が、前記複数のアパーチャの1つの中を通って延在する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアパーチャの少なくとも1つが、前記複数の混合管の1つの支持する半径方向のばねを備える、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアパーチャの少なくとも1つが、ベンチュリ形状を備える、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記内部空間内に配設され、前記内部空間に取り外し可能に結合された保持プレートを備え、該保持プレートが、前記複数の混合管を少なくとも部分的に支持するように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記空気分配装置がワイヤメッシュを備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記空気分配装置が、複数の空気経路を備えるプレートを備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記空気分配装置が、前記内部空間内で前記複数の混合管の各々の軸に対して一定の角度で配設される、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 多重管燃料ノズルのための燃焼器キャップ組立体であって、
空気流を収容するように構成された内部空間を画定する支持構造体と、
各々が複数の混合管の1つを収容するように構成された複数のアパーチャ、および
前記複数の混合管に前記空気流を分配するように構成された複数の空気経路を備える空気分配プレートとを備える燃焼器キャップ組立体。 - 前記複数の空気経路の各々が共通のサイズおよび形状を有する、請求項10記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 前記複数の空気経路の少なくとも1つが、前記複数のアパーチャの少なくとも3つに沿って延在する、請求項10記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 前記空気分配プレートが、多重部品構成を備える、請求項10記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 前記空気分配プレートが、半径方向のばねによって前記支持構造体に結合される、請求項10記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 前記空気分配プレートが、前記内部空間内で前記複数の混合管の各々の軸に対して一定の角度で配設される、請求項14記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 前記複数の空気経路の少なくとも1つが、前記空気分配プレートでの圧力降下を緩和させるように構成された起伏を備える、請求項10記載の燃焼器キャップ組立体。
- 多重管燃料ノズルのための燃焼器キャップ組立体を備えるシステムであって、前記燃焼器キャップ組立体が、
空気流を収容するように構成された内部空間を画定する支持構造体と、
前記内部空間内に配設された複数の混合管であって、該複数の混合管の各々が、前記内部空間からの前記空気流を受け取るように構成され、該複数の混合管の各々が、前記燃焼器キャップ組立体から個々に取り外し可能な複数の混合管と、
複数の燃料噴射器であって、該複数の燃料噴射器の各々が少なくとも部分的に前記複数の混合管のそれぞれ1つの中に配設され、前記混合管のそれぞれ1つに燃料流れを噴射するように構成された複数の燃料噴射器と、
前記内部空間内に配設された空気分配装置であって、前記内部空間内の前記空気流を前記複数の混合管に分配するように構成された複数の空気経路を備える空気分配装置と、
前記支持構造体に取り外し可能に結合された燃焼器キャップとを備えるシステム。 - 前記複数の混合管が、前記空気分配装置によって前記内部空間内に少なくとも部分的に支持される、請求項17記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼器キャップが、半径方向のばねによって前記支持構造体に結合される、請求項17記載のシステム。
- 前記空気分配装置が、前記内部空間内で前記複数の混合管の各々の軸に対して一定の角度で配設される、請求項17記載のシステム。
