Claims (14)
- 空気を受けるように構成された複数の空気ポートを各々が有する複数の予混合管と、
各燃料噴射器が複数の予混合管のそれぞれの予混合管の中へ延在するように構成された複数の燃料噴射器と、
を備える多管式燃料ノズルを有し、
各燃料噴射器が、
第1の上流端と第1の下流端とを有し、第1の上流端と第1の下流端との間に環状部分および環状部分の下流にある先細部分を有する本体と、
本体内に配置され、第2の上流端および第2の下流端を有する燃料通路と、
複数の燃料ポートと、
を備え、
先細部分は、第1の上流端から第1の下流端へ向かう方向に先細になっており、
本体は、第1の上流端から軸方向に延在してそれぞれの予混合管の第1の内面に直に接触する外面を有する上流部分を有し、
燃料通路は、本体の一部分内に長手方向に延在し、
複数の燃料ポートは、前記本体の一部分に沿って配置され、燃料通路に結合され、
前記上流部分の下流位置において、燃料ポートを有する前記本体の一部分とそれぞれの予混合管との間に空間が配置され、
燃料通路が先細部分より前に終端し、複数の燃料ポートの各々の出口全体が、第1の上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、燃料通路の第2の下流端の上流で、前記環状部分に沿って配置され、
各予混合管の複数の空気ポートは、第1の上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、各燃料噴射器の燃料通路の第2の下流端の上流に位置する、
システム。 - 複数の燃料ポートが、前記環状部分上に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の燃料ポートの内の少なくとも1つの燃料ポートは、各予混合管の中に半径方向に燃料を噴射するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 複数の燃料ポートの内の少なくとも1つの燃料ポートは、燃料噴射器の長手方向軸に対して角度を成して燃料を噴射するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記角度は、前記長手方向軸に対して軸方向下流方向へ配向されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記角度は、燃料噴射器の長手方向軸を中心にして円周方向に燃料を方向付けるように接線方向に配向されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 複数の燃料ポートは、
前記本体の一部分に沿った第1の軸方向位置に配置された第1の燃料ポートと、
前記本体の一部分に沿った第2の軸方向位置に配置された第2の燃料ポートと、
を有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 複数の燃料噴射器が結合されている燃焼器端蓋集成体をさらに有する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記多管式燃料ノズルを持つガスタービン・エンジン又は燃焼器を有する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 燃料噴射器の燃料通路は、燃料噴射器の下流部分の第2の直径よりも大きな、前記環状部分の第2の内面間の第1の直径を有する、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 燃焼器端蓋集成体と多管式燃料ノズルとを備え、
多管式燃料ノズルが、
空気を受けるように構成された複数の空気ポートを各々が有する複数の予混合管と、
各燃料噴射器が複数の予混合管のそれぞれの予混合管の中へ延在するように構成され、燃焼器端蓋集成体に結合された複数の燃料噴射器と、
を備え、
各燃料噴射器が、
環状部分と、
環状部分の下流にある先細部分と、
上流端と、
前記上流端から軸方向に延在してそれぞれの予混合管の第1の内面に直に接触する外面を有する上流部分と、
前記上流部分の下流位置において、複数の燃料ポートを有する環状部分とそれぞれの予混合管との間にある空間と、
第1の下流端と、
環状部分を通って延在する燃料通路と、
燃料通路に結合された複数の燃料ポートと、
を含み、
先細部分は、前記上流端から前記第1の下流端へ向かう方向に先細になっており、
燃料通路が先細部分より前に終端し、
複数の燃料ポートの各々の出口全体が、前記上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、燃料通路の第2の下流端の上流で、環状部分に沿って配置され、
各予混合管の複数の空気ポートは、前記上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、各燃料噴射器の燃料通路の第2の下流端の上流に位置する、
システム。 - 複数の燃料噴射器の各燃料噴射器は、個々に燃焼器端蓋集成体から取り外し又はそれに取り付けられるように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 各燃料噴射器の燃料通路は、第2の下流端の第2の直径よりも大きな、環状部分の第2の内面間の第1の直径を有する、請求項11または12に記載のシステム。
- 燃焼器端蓋集成体と多管式燃料ノズルとを備え、
多管式燃料ノズルが、
予混合管内へ空気を受けるように構成された複数の空気ポートを有する予混合管と、
予混合管の中へ延在し、燃焼器端蓋集成体に結合された燃料噴射器と、
を備え、
燃料噴射器が、
環状部分と、
環状部分の下流にある先細部分と、
上流端と、
前記上流端から軸方向に延在して予混合管の第1の内面に直に接触する外面を有する上流部分と、
前記上流部分の下流位置において、複数の燃料ポートを有する環状部分と予混合管との間にある空間と、
環状部分を通って延在する燃料通路と、
燃料通路に結合された複数の燃料ポートと、
を含み、
燃料通路が先細部分より前に終端し、
複数の燃料ポートが、環状部分に配置され、
複数の燃料ポートの各燃料ポート全体が、前記上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、燃料通路の下流端の上流で、環状部分に沿って配置され、
複数の空気ポートの各々は、前記上流端および前記上流部分の下流、かつ、各燃料ポートおよび燃料通路の前記下流端の上流のみに配置される、
システム。
