Abstract
【解決手段】溶融金属飛沫8が付着するガスワイピングノズル本体1の先端部に、耐食性及び耐摩耗性が良好なニッケル系合金又はコバルト系合金からなる合金粉末をHIP処理によって直接拡散接合されたHIP層6を形成し、かつ、HIP層の表面が鏡面研削加工されてなることを特徴とするガスワイピングノズルであり、鏡面研削加工されたHIP層により、溶融金属飛沫に係る問題点であるノズルへの付着性、清掃効率、生産効率を確実に向上させることができる。

Claims (2)
- 溶融メッキ金属帯の製造工程に用いられるガスワイピングノズルであって、ワイピングされた溶融金属飛沫への対策としてガスワイピングノズル本体の先端部を表面処理しているガスワイピングノズルにおいて、溶融金属飛沫が付着するガスワイピングノズル本体の先端部に、耐食性及び耐摩耗性が良好なニッケル系合金又はコバルト系合金からなる合金粉末をHIP処理によって直接拡散接合されたHIP層を形成し、かつ、該HIP層の表面が鏡面研削加工されてなることを特徴とするガスワイピングノズル。
- ガスワイピングノズル本体を構成する母材は、オーステナイト/フェライトの2相系ステンレスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスワイピングノズル。
