Claims (13)
- 液体燃料に曝される部品(100)の少なくとも1つの表面(110)上のコークス形成を減少させることを容易にする前記部品(100)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記少なくとも1つの表面(110)にアルミニウムを含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程であって、前記部品(100)は積層造形プロセスで形成される、工程と、
前記アルミニウムを前記少なくとも1つの表面(110)に拡散させるために、前記スラリー組成物を熱処理する工程であって、前記熱処理は、前記少なくとも1つの表面(110)上に、拡散部分層(302)および前記拡散部分層(302)上の付加部分層(304)を含む拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)を形成することを含む、工程と、
前記拡散部分層(302)および前記少なくとも1つの表面(110)を損なうことなく、少なくとも1つの水溶液により前記拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)の前記付加部分層(304)を除去する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 研磨、タンブリング、レーザアブレーション、および超音波攪拌のうちの少なくとも1つを含む技術を用いて、前記水溶液中での処理後に残存するコーティング残渣を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリー組成物を適用する前に、摩耗または損傷した拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)を形成する工程は、10マイクロメートル〜125マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)を形成する工程を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記付加部分層(304)を除去する工程は、フッ化ジルコン水素酸、ケイフッ化水素酸、塩酸、またはこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含むグループから選択される水溶液を用いる工程を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記拡散アルミナイドコーティング(300)を有する前記部品(100)を前記水溶液の浴槽に10分〜4時間の範囲の時間で浸漬する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液を30℃〜85℃の範囲の温度に維持する工程をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリー組成物を適用する工程は、前記少なくとも1つの表面(110)上に前記スラリー組成物をスプレーする工程、前記スラリー組成物の浴槽に前記部品(100)を浸漬する工程、および気相アルミナイジングする工程のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミニウムを含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程は、40重量%〜70重量%のアルミニウムの範囲である粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程は、コロイダルシリカ、有機樹脂、およびこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含むグループから選択される少なくとも1つの結合剤を含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程は、アルカンジオール、グリセロール、ペンタエリスリトール、脂肪、炭水化物、および前述の有機化合物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせを含むグループから選択された有機安定剤を含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- アルミニウムを含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程は、20重量%〜40重量%のコロイダルシリカ、および5重量%〜15重量%の有機安定剤である粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- アルミニウムを含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程は、0.5マイクロメートル〜100マイクロメートルの範囲の平均粒子サイズを有するアルミニウムを含む粉末を含むスラリー組成物を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
