Claims (7)
- 長手方向に伸びる転動体転走面を有する軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対向する負荷転動体転走面、前記負荷転動体転走面と平行に伸びる無負荷転動体転走路、及び前記負荷転動体転走面と前記無負荷転動体転走路とを接続する一対の方向転換路を有する移動部材と、
前記軌道部材の転動体転走面と前記移動部材の前記負荷転動体転走面との間の負荷転動体転走路、前記無負荷転動体転走路、及び前記方向転換路を含む無限循環路に配列される複数の転動体と、
を備える運動案内装置において、
前記転動体の軸線を含む断面であって、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を縦断する断面で見たときに、
前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路は、
前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を転走する前記転動体の姿勢を支持する姿勢支持部と、
前記前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路の内部に存在する潤滑剤を逃がす空間部と、
を有して構成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体の軸線を含む断面であって、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を縦断する断面で見たときに、
前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を転走する前記転動体の姿勢を支持する姿勢支持部が、前記転動体を挟んで非対称に形成されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項2に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体の軸線方向で互いに対向する辺には、当該辺に向けて形成される一対の側面側支持部と、一対の側面空間部とが形成されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記姿勢支持部は、
前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路の外周側に形成される一対の第一周面側支持部と、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路の内周側に形成される1つの第二周面側支持部を有するか、もしくは、
前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路の外周側に形成される1つの第一周面側支持部と、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路の内周側に形成される一対の第二周面側支持部を有することを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記姿勢支持部は、前記転動体の外形に沿った形状として形成され、
前記転動体の軸線を含む断面であって、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を縦断する断面で見たときに、
前記姿勢支持部は、前記転動体の外周側と内周側にそれぞれ複数形成されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項5に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体の軸線を含む断面であって、前記無負荷転動体転走路又は前記方向転換路を縦断する断面で見たときに、
前記空間部は、前記転動体の外周側と内周側にそれぞれ形成されるとともに、外周側に形成される空間部の空間面積をA、内周側に形成される空間部の空間面積をBとしたときに、A≦Bなる不等式が成り立つように形成されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記転動体が、鼓形状をしていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
