Abstract
【解決手段】軸方向に延長された棒形状の支持棒100;該支持棒を囲んで軸方向に沿って分割された多数個の内部パート220から構成され、多数個の内部パート220のうち一つ以上の該当パート220は内周面の幅が外周面の幅より大きいか同じであるように形成された内部金型200;及び該内部金型を囲み、軸方向に沿って分割された多数個の外部パート330から構成され、内周面には該内部金型の外周面と共に成形空間が形成された外部金型300;を含む射出金型装置。

Claims (7)
- 軸方向に延長された棒形状の支持棒;
上記支持棒を囲んで軸方向に沿って分割された多数個の内部パートから構成され、多数個の内部パートのうち一つ以上の該当パートは内周面の幅が外周面の幅より大きいか同じであるように形成された内部金型;及び
上記内部金型を囲み、軸方向に沿って分割された多数個の外部パートから構成され、内周面には内部金型の外周面と共に成形空間が形成された外部金型;を含む射出金型装置。 - 上記支持棒は、円形に形成され、外周面が軸方向に一直線をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
- 上記内部金型の内部パートは、3つのパートから構成され、3つの内部パートのうち一つの該当パートは内周面の幅が外周面の幅より大きいか同じであるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
- 上記内部金型の内部パートは、4つのパートから構成され、4つの内部パートのうち2つの該当パートは内周面の幅が外周面の幅より大きいか同じであるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
- 上記内部金型の外周面から内周面までの幅は、支持棒の幅より狭く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
- 上記内部金型の内部パートは、該当パートの広さが該当パートを除いた残りの内部パートの広さより狭く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
- 上記外部金型の内周面と内部金型の外周面は、成形物の形状に対応するように形成され、相互密着するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出金型装置。
