Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電装置100は、ケース10と、ケース10内に収容された電極組立体20と、ケース10と電極組立体20との間に配置された第1導電板14と、ケース10と第1導電板14との間に配置された第2導電板16と、第1導電板14と第2導電板16との間に配置された絶縁部材18と、を備え、電極組立体20は、正極30と、負極40と、正極30と負極40との間に配置されたセパレータ50と、を備え、第1導電板14及び第2導電板16が、正極30及び負極40の一方及び他方と電気的に接続されており、第1導電板14の剛性が、電極組立体20の正極30及び負極40のうち第1導電板14に最も近接する正極30または負極40の剛性よりも高く、かつ、第1導電板14の剛性が第2導電板16の剛性よりも高い。

Claims (9)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に収容された電極組立体と、
前記ケースと前記電極組立体との間に配置された第1導電板と、
前記ケースと前記第1導電板との間に配置された第2導電板と、
前記第1導電板と前記第2導電板との間に配置された絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記電極組立体は、正極と、負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されたセパレータと、を備え、
前記第1導電板が、前記正極及び前記負極の一方と電気的に接続されており、
前記第2導電板が、前記正極及び前記負極の他方と電気的に接続されており、
前記第1導電板の剛性が、前記電極組立体の前記正極及び前記負極のうち前記第1導電板に最も近接する前記正極または前記負極の剛性よりも高く、かつ、前記第1導電板の剛性が前記第2導電板の剛性よりも高い、蓄電装置。 - 前記電極組立体の最も外側の層は前記負極であり、
前記第1導電板が、前記負極と電気的に接続されており、
前記第1導電板の剛性が、前記第1導電板に隣接する前記負極の剛性よりも高い、請求項1記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記ケースと前記第2導電板との間に配置された第3導電板と、
前記ケースと前記第3導電板との間に配置された第4導電板と、
前記第3導電板と前記第4導電板との間に配置された第2絶縁部材と、
を更に備え、
前記第3導電板が、前記正極及び前記負極の一方と電気的に接続されており、
前記第4導電板が、前記正極及び前記負極の他方と電気的に接続されており、
前記第1導電板の剛性が、前記第2導電板の剛性、前記第3導電板の剛性、及び前記第4導電板の剛性のいずれよりも高い、請求項1または2記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第1導電板はステンレス製である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1導電板の厚みが前記第2導電板の厚みよりも大きい、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1導電板のヤング率が前記第2導電板のヤング率よりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1導電板の厚みが、前記第2導電板の厚み、前記第3導電板の厚み、及び前記第4導電板の厚みのいずれよりも大きい、請求項3記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記第1導電板のヤング率が、前記第2導電板のヤング率、前記第3導電板のヤング率、及び前記第4導電板のヤング率のいずれよりも大きい、請求項3記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置が二次電池である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の蓄電装置。
