Claims (3)
- 帯状のセパレータ材を折り曲げることにより葛折り状に形成された第1と第2のセパレータが、正極と負極との間で互いが重なるように積層され、かつ、前記第1と第2のセパレータが積層方向から見て互いに直交して配置されたことを特徴とする積層型電池。
- 前記葛折り状は、前記セパレータ材が折り曲げられた折り曲げ部と前記折り曲げ部に連なる平板部とが繰り返された形状を有し、
前記第1のセパレータの平板部と前記第2のセパレータの平板部とが互いに重なるように積層され、かつ、前記第1のセパレータの平板部が前記第1のセパレータの折り曲げ部に伸びる方向と前記第2のセパレータの平板部が前記第2のセパレータの折り曲げ部に伸びる方向とが積層方向から見て互いに直交するように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型電池。 - 帯状のセパレータ材を折り曲げることにより葛折り状に形成された第1と第2のセパレータを、それぞれが正極と負極の間で互いに重なるように、かつ、積層方向から見て互いに直交するように積層する工程を含む積層型電池の製造方法。
