Abstract
【解決手段】表面32と、その反対側の裏面34と、表面32と裏面34とを貫通する第1貫通穴H1と、を含むベース部26と、第1貫通穴H1を覆った状態で表面32に固定された透光性部材12と、第1貫通穴H1を通過し、透光性部材12を照射する光を放出する半導体発光素子と、前記半導体発光素子からの光を集光して、透光性部材12を局所的に照射する光学系と、透光性部材12から放出される光が通過する第2貫通穴H2を含み、かつ、弾性を有する箔体20であって、透光性部材12の一部が第2貫通穴H2から露出した状態で、第2貫通穴H2の周囲とベース部26との間に透光性部材12を挟持する箔体20と、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 表面と、その反対側の裏面と、前記表面と裏面とを貫通する第1貫通穴と、を含むベース部と、
前記第1貫通穴を覆った状態で前記表面に固定された透光性部材と、
前記第1貫通穴を通過し、前記透光性部材を照射する光を放出する半導体発光素子と、
前記半導体発光素子からの光を集光して、前記透光性部材を局所的に照射する光学系と、
前記透光性部材から放出される光が通過する第2貫通穴を含み、かつ、弾性を有する箔体であって、前記透光性部材の一部が前記第2貫通穴から露出した状態で、前記第2貫通穴の周囲と前記ベース部との間に前記透光性部材を挟持する箔体と、
を備えた発光装置。 - 前記透光性部材の側面の少なくとも一部を覆う高反射率部材をさらに備えた請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記高反射率部材は、白樹脂である請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記表面は、前記第1貫通穴が開口した底面を含む凹部を含み、
前記透光性部材は、前記第1貫通穴を覆った状態で前記凹部の底面に固定されており、
前記高反射率部材は、前記凹部の内壁及び底面と、前記透光性部材の側面と、前記箔体と、で囲われたスペース内に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の発光装置。 - 前記透光性部材は、拡散層と波長変換層とを含む波長変換部材であり、
前記拡散層は、前記第1貫通穴を覆った状態で前記表面に固定された第1の面とその反対側の第2の面とを含み、前記第1の面を照射する前記半導体発光素子からの光を拡散して、前記第2の面から拡散光として出射する層であり、
前記波長変換層は、前記第2の面に接合された第3の面とその反対側の第4の面とを含み、前記第3の面に入射する前記拡散光を波長変換して、前記第4の面から出射する層である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の発光装置。 - 前記箔体は、金属箔である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記箔体は、前記第2開口を通過する光を制御する反射面を含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記拡散層の厚みは、前記第2の面から出射する拡散光の輝度分布が略均一となる厚みに設定されている請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学系は、前記半導体発光素子からの光を集光して、前記第1貫通穴を通過させて、前記透光性部材を局所的に照射する集光レンズを含む請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 前記光学系は、前記半導体発光素子からの光を集光する集光レンズと、前記集光レンズで集光された前記半導体発光素子からの光を導光して、前記透光性部材を局所的に照射するライトガイドと、を含む請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の発光装置と、
前記発光装置からの光を制御して、車両前方を照射するように構成された光学系と、を備えることを特徴とする車両用灯具。
