Abstract
【解決手段】車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、ブレーキ液圧の保持状態を解除する場合には(S4,Yes)、予め設定された所定勾配での急減圧レートと、アクセル開度に基いて算出された通常減圧レートとのうち高い方のレートでブレーキ液圧を減圧する初期減圧モード(S8,S9)と、初期減圧モードによって減圧されていくブレーキ液圧が切替閾値に達したことを条件として(S7,Yes)、通常減圧レートでブレーキ液圧を減圧する後期減圧モード(S10,S11)と、を実行する。

Description
図1に示すように、車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置100は、車両CRの各車輪Wに付与する制動力(ブレーキ液圧)を適宜制御するためのものであり、油路(液圧路)や各種部品が設けられた液圧ユニット10と、液圧ユニット10内の各種部品を適宜制御するための制御部20とを主に備えている。また、この車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置100の制御部20には、アクセル開度センサ30、前後加速度センサ40、車輪速センサ50およびシフトポジションセンサ60や後述する圧力センサ8(図2参照)が接続されており、各センサ30〜60,8からの信号が入力されるようになっている。
前後加速度センサ40は、車両CRの前後方向に働く加速度(前後加速度)を検出するセンサであり、例えば制御部20に設けられている。
シフトポジションセンサ60は、図示せぬ電子制御式オートマティックトランスミッション(AT)のシフトポジションを検出するセンサであり、例えば電子制御式AT付近に設けられている。
図3(a)に示すように、制御部20は、アクセル開度センサ30、車輪速センサ50、シフトポジションセンサ60および圧力センサ8から入力された信号に基づき、液圧ユニット10内の調圧弁R(切換弁6)および吸入弁7の開閉動作を制御して、各車輪ブレーキFL,RR,RL,FRの動作を制御している。具体的に、この制御部20は、公知のABS制御等を実行する他、車両CRが停止した際にホイールシリンダH内のブレーキ液圧を保持する保持制御と、保持制御後にブレーキ液圧を減圧させる減圧制御とを実行する。
制御部20は、車両CRの走行時において、図5に示すフローチャートを繰り返し実行する。
図6(a),(b)に示すように、車両CRが車体速度V2で走行している際に、運転者がブレーキペダルBPを比較的強く踏むと(時刻t1)、ホイールシリンダH内のブレーキ液圧が比較的大きなブレーキ液圧Pb2に向けて徐々に上がっていくとともに、車体速度が徐々に下がっていく。
前記実施形態では、アクセル開度等から算出した駆動トルクに基いて通常減圧レートを算出したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、例えばアクセル開度に基いて通常減圧レートを算出してもよい。また、アクセル開度に対して正の相関関係をもつ値(アクセル開度が大きくなれば大きくなり、小さくなれば小さくなる値)、例えば車両に設けられるECUから出力されてくる実際の駆動トルクに基いて通常減圧レートを算出してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 車両が停止した際にブレーキ液圧を保持可能な車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置であって、
ブレーキ液圧の保持状態を解除する場合には、
予め設定された所定勾配での急減圧レートと、少なくともアクセル開度またはアクセル開度に対して正の相関関係をもつ値に基いて算出された通常減圧レートとのうち高い方のレートでブレーキ液圧を減圧する初期減圧モードと、
前記初期減圧モードによって減圧されていくブレーキ液圧が切替閾値に達したことを条件として、前記通常減圧レートでブレーキ液圧を減圧する後期減圧モードと、を実行することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 前記通常減圧レートは、前記アクセル開度または前記相関関係をもつ値と、路面勾配とに基いて算出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記切替閾値は、車両が動き始めるときのブレーキ液圧よりも所定のオフセット量を加算した値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記切替閾値は、路面勾配の絶対値が大きい程大きな値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記切替閾値は、登り勾配と下り勾配とで異なる値が設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
