Abstract
【解決手段】車両の異なる位置に分散して搭載された複数の蓄電池4に対応して設けられた複数の蒸発器14は、減圧器13で減圧した冷媒が順次流通するように直列に接続され、減圧器13で減圧された冷媒が最下流蒸発器14Cから流出するまで気液二相状態を維持するように冷媒が循環される。

Description
車両の異なる位置に分散して搭載された複数の蓄電池(4)に対応して設けられた複数の蒸発器(14)を備えており、
複数の蒸発器(14)は、減圧手段(13)で減圧した冷媒が順次流通するように直列に接続され、
冷凍サイクル装置(10)は、減圧手段で減圧されて気液二相状態となった冷媒が、複数の蒸発器のうち冷媒流れにおいて圧縮機(11)に最も近い最下流蒸発器(14C)から流出するまで気液二相状態を維持するように冷媒を循環させることを特徴としている。
本発明を適用した第1の実施形態について、図1〜図9を参照して説明する。
次に、第2の実施形態について図10および図11に基づいて説明する。
次に、第3の実施形態について図12に基づいて説明する。
次に、第4の実施形態について図13および図14に基づいて説明する。
次に、第5の実施形態について図15および図16に基づいて説明する。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (6)
- 複数の蓄電池(4)と、
圧縮機(11)、冷媒放熱器(12)、減圧手段(13)、および、前記複数の蓄電池に対応して設けられた複数の蒸発器(14)が環状に接続された冷凍サイクル装置(10)と、を備え、
前記複数の蒸発器を流通する冷媒が前記複数の蓄電池から吸熱して前記複数の蓄電池を冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電池は、車両(2)の異なる位置に分散して搭載されるとともに、
前記複数の蓄電池のうち、少なくとも1つの前記蓄電池は他の前記蓄電池に対し車両使用時の環境温度が異なる位置に搭載されており、
前記複数の蒸発器は、前記減圧手段で減圧した冷媒が順次流通するように直列に接続され、
前記冷凍サイクル装置は、前記減圧手段で減圧されて気液二相状態となった冷媒が、前記複数の蒸発器のうち冷媒流れにおいて前記圧縮機に最も近い最下流蒸発器(14C)から流出するまで気液二相状態を維持するように冷媒を循環させることを特徴とする冷却装置。 - 前記最下流蒸発器から流出し前記圧縮機が吸入する冷媒が流通する経路に設けられ、冷媒を気液分離して液相冷媒を蓄えるアキュムレータ(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記複数の蒸発器を含み、前記圧縮機、前記冷媒放熱器および前記減圧手段を含まない経路に冷媒を循環可能な冷媒循環路(40)と、
前記冷媒循環路に設けられ、液相冷媒を貯留可能な冷媒タンク(41)と、
前記冷媒循環路に冷媒を循環するポンプ手段(42)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却装置。 - 前記減圧手段は、第1減圧手段(13A)と、前記第1減圧手段で減圧され前記複数の蒸発器へ流入する前の冷媒を更に減圧する第2減圧手段(51)と、を有し、
前記第1減圧手段で減圧され前記第2減圧手段で減圧される前の冷媒と、前記最下流蒸発器から流出し前記圧縮機に吸入される前の冷媒と、を熱交換する内部熱交換器(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。 - 前記冷媒放熱器から流出し前記減圧手段で減圧される前の冷媒と、前記最下流蒸発器から流出し前記圧縮機に吸入される前の冷媒と、を熱交換する内部熱交換器(60)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。
- 前記複数の蒸発器に対して並列に設けられ、車室内へ吹き出す空気を冷却する空調用蒸発器(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。
