Abstract
【解決手段】ねじりたわみ継手が、回転軸Aを有する内側部分11と、内側部分11の周囲に延びかつ内側部分11と同軸状に配置される外側部分12と、内側部分11と外側部分12との間に配置されかつ円周方向に離間される複数のばね要素16またはばねパックとを備え、各ばね要素16またはばねパックは、半径方向外端17で外側部分12の締着用支持部18内に締着され、半径方向内端20で内側部分11の対応する溝21と柔軟に係合する。継手の休止位置で、ばね要素16またはばねパックは、それぞれの締着用支持部18を通る半径方向に対して角度を付けられかつ継手の主回転方向に逆らって傾斜している。

Claims (9)
- 回転軸(A)を有する内側部分(11)と、
前記内側部分(11)の周囲に延びかつ前記内側部分(11)と同軸状に配置される外側部分(12)と、
前記内側部分(11)と前記外側部分(12)との間に配置されかつ円周方向に離間される複数のばね要素(16)またはばねパックと、
を備えるねじりたわみ継手であって、
前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックがそれぞれ、前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックの半径方向外端(17)で、前記外側部分(12)の締着用支持部(18)内に締着され、前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックの半径方向内端(20)で、前記内側部分(11)の対応する溝(21)と柔軟に係合する、ねじりたわみ継手において、
当該ねじりたわみ継手(10)の休止位置で、前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックが、それぞれの前記締着用支持部(18)を通る半径方向に対して角度を付けられかつ当該ねじりたわみ継手(10)の主回転方向に逆らって傾斜していることを特徴とする、ねじりたわみ継手。 - 前記溝(21)がそれぞれ、対応する関連する前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックを基準として当該ねじりたわみ継手の前記主回転方向に、前記対応するばね要素(16)またはばねパック用の湾曲接触面(24)を形成する前方溝側面(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 前記湾曲接触面(24)の曲率は、前記内側部分(11)と前記外側部分(12)との間に相対的なねじれがある場合、前記対応するばね要素(16)またはばねパックが、前記対応するばね要素(16)またはばねパックの変形により、前記湾曲接触面(24)に沿って概ねまたは完全にロールするようなものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 前記湾曲接触面(24)の曲率が一定半径を有しまたは伸開線として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 前記内側部分の前記溝(21)が、前記半径方向に対して角度を付けられかつ当該ねじりたわみ継手(10)の前記主回転方向に逆らって傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 前記ばね要素(16)がそれぞれ、前記締着用支持部(18)から前記回転軸線Aの方向に向く半径方向の線(R)に対して、前記ばね要素(16)の前記締着用支持部(18)に関して数学的に正の入射角αで傾斜し、前記内側部分(11)の前記溝(21)がそれぞれ、前記半径方向に対して傾斜した溝中心軸線(B)を有し、前記半径方向に対する前記溝中心軸線(B)の傾斜角βが、前記対応するばね要素(16)またはばねパックの前記入射角αに等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のたわみ継手。
- 前記ばね要素(16)が、前記ばね要素(16)の半径方向外端(17)から前記ばね要素(16)の半径方向内端(20)へくさび状に次第に細くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 隣接する前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックの前記半径方向外端(17)が中間片(13)によって互いに離間され、前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックと前記中間片(13)とは、前記ばね要素(16)またはばねパックの前記半径方向外端(17)が2つの隣接する前記中間片(13)に押し付けられるような形で、前記円周方向に互いに押し付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
- 前記溝(21)が、前記対応する関連ばね要素(16)またはばねパックを基準として前記継手の前記主回転方向(H)に、前記対応するばね要素(16)またはばねパック用の湾曲接触面(26)を形成する後方溝側面(23)を有し、前記前方溝側面(22)の前記湾曲接触面(24)が、当該ねじりたわみ継手の前記主回転方向(H)と反対側に配置された前記後方溝側面(23)の前記湾曲接触面(26)の曲率とは異なる曲率を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載のねじりたわみ継手。
