Abstract
【解決手段】整流部材10の整流板11は、アッパ部材2とロア部材3に挟持され、振動溶着によりアッパ部材2とロア部材3とを溶着する際に、アッパ部材2に対して振動溶着により溶着されている。そして、整流板11とロア部材3との間には、溶着面4に対して直交する凹凸係合面に沿って整流板11とロア部材3とが互いに係合する凹凸係合部15が形成されている。これによって、整流板11が変形しようとした際に、凹凸係合面に沿って整流板11とロア部材3とが面接触することになるため、整流板11の変形を抑制することが可能となる。そのため、整流板11の変形が抑制されることにより、整流板11の変形に起因して溶着面4に作用する応力を相対的に低減することができる。

Claims (4)
- 第1部材と第2部材とを溶着してなるケーシングの内部空間に配置される仕切部材であって、
上記第1部材と上記第2部材とに挟持されると共に、上記第1部材と上記第2部材との溶着面を含む平面上で上記第1部材に溶着される仕切部材の取付構造において、
上記第1部材と上記第2部材とに挟持される上記仕切部材の挟持部と上記第2部材との間には、上記溶着面に対して直交する凹凸係合面に沿って上記仕切部材と上記第2部材とが互いに係合する凹凸係合部が形成されていることを特徴とする仕切部材の取付構造。 - 上記凹凸係合部及び上記凹凸係合面は、上記挟持部の長手方向に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の仕切部材の取付構造。
- 上記凹凸係合部は、上記仕切部材に設けた凸部と、上記第2部材に設けた凹部とによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の仕切部材の取付構造。
- 上記凹凸係合部は、上記仕切部材に設けた凹部と、上記第2部材に設けた凸部とによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の仕切部材の取付構造。
