Abstract
【解決手段】第1の絶縁基板と、前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されているゲート線と、前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されている第1のデータ線及び第2のデータ線と、前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されており、前記第1のデータ線と前記第2のデータ線との間に配設されているカラーフィルタと、前記第1のデータ線と前記第2のデータ線の上に配設されている第1の遮光部材と、前記カラーフィルタと前記第1の遮光部材の上に配設され、前記ゲート線と同じ方向に伸び、前記第1のデータ線と前記第2のデータ線の上において前記第1の遮光部材と重なり合う第2の遮光部材と、を備える液晶表示装置。

Claims (18)
- 第1の絶縁基板と、
前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されている複数のゲート線と、
前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されている複数のデータ線と、
前記複数のデータ線に沿って並んでいる画素と、
前記第1の絶縁基板の上に配設されているカラーフィルタと、
前記複数のデータ線の上に配設されている第1の遮光部材と、
前記カラーフィルタと前記第1の遮光部材の上に配設され、前記ゲート線と同じ方向に伸び、前記データ線の上において前記第1の遮光部材と重なり合う第2の遮光部材と、
を備え、
前記画素の一端に隣接するデータ線を第1のデータ線とし、
前記画素の他端に隣接するデータ線を第2のデータ線とし、
前記カラーフィルタは、前記第1のデータ線と前記第2のデータ線との間に配設されている、液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1の遮光部材の幅は、一定である、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の遮光部材の幅は、前記データ線の幅よりも広い、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の遮光部材は、互いに厚さが異なる第1の部分と、第2の部分及び第3の部分を有する、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記画素は、
前記カラーフィルタの上に配設されており、前記ゲート線を挟んで離れている第1の副画素電極と第2の副画素電極を備える画素電極と、
前記第1の副画素電極に接続されている第1の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記第2の副画素電極に接続されている第2の薄膜トランジスタと、
を含み、
前記第2の遮光部材は、前記第1の薄膜トランジスタと前記第2の薄膜トランジスタを両方とも覆うように前記ゲート線に沿って延設されている、請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1の副画素電極と前記第2の副画素電極は、幹部と前記幹部から延出している複数の枝電極とを備える、請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の遮光部材は、互いに厚さが異なる第1の部分及び第2の部分を有する、請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記第1の基板と向かい合う第2の基板の上に形成されている薄膜の表面と接触する、請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の部分は、第1の遮光部材と重なり合う第1の領域とそれ以外の第2の領域とを有し、前記第1の領域と前記第2の基板の上に形成されている前記薄膜表面との間の間隔は、前記第2の領域と前記第2の基板の上に形成されている前記薄膜表面との間の間隔よりも狭い、請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の遮光部材と前記第2の遮光部材とが重なり合う部分における前記第1の遮光部材の幅は、前記第1の遮光部材の残りの部分の幅よりも狭い、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の遮光部材と前記第2の遮光部材とが重なり合わない部分における前記第1の遮光部材の幅は、前記第1のデータ線の幅及び前記第2のデータ線の幅よりも広い、請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の遮光部材と前記第2の遮光部材とが重なり合う部分における前記第1の遮光部材の幅は、約0.7μmである、請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の遮光部材は、互いに厚さが異なる第1の部分と、第2の部分及び第3の部分を有する、請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1の遮光部材の厚さは、前記第1の遮光部材と前記第2の遮光部材とが重なり合う部分における前記第2の遮光部材の横の中央部分に近くなるにつれて減少する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の遮光部材の横の中央部分における前記第1の遮光部材の厚さは、略0である、請求項14に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2の遮光部材は、互いに厚さが異なる第1の部分と、第2の部分及び第3の部分を有する、請求項14に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記画素は、
前記カラーフィルタの上に配設されており、前記ゲート線を挟んで離れている第1の副画素電極と第2の副画素電極を備える画素電極と、
前記第1の副画素電極に接続されている第1の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記第2の副画素電極に接続されている第2の薄膜トランジスタと、
を含み、
前記第2の遮光部材は、前記第1の薄膜トランジスタと前記第2の薄膜トランジスタを両方とも覆うように前記ゲート線に沿って延設されている、請求項1、9、10、13、14、16のいずれかに記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1の副画素電極と前記第2の副画素電極は、幹部と前記幹部から延出している複数の枝電極とを備える、請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置。
