Abstract
【解決手段】複数の素線からなる芯線部3の外周を被覆部5で被覆した被覆電線7と、この被覆電線7の端末に設けられ芯線部3を被覆部5から露出させて芯線部3が接続穴9を有して端子化された端子部11とを備えた端子化電線1において、端子部11を、芯線部3の複数の素線を2つに分割し、この分割した複数の素線13,15の先端をそれぞれ異なる方向に根元部に向けて折り返して接続穴9を形成した。

Description
次に、芯線部3の複数の素線を上側の複数の素線13と、下側の複数の素線15となるように2分割する。(第2行程)
次に、分割された複数の素線13,15の先端を折り返し部で交差するようにそれぞれ異なる方向に根元部に向けて折り返し接続穴9を形成させる。(第3行程)
そして、端子部11の根元部側を超音波接合やボンダーなどによって接合し、折り曲げ部側をボンダーやプレスなどによって固化し、接続穴9が形成された芯線部3を端子化して端子部11を形成させる。(第4行程)
このような端子化電線1では、端子部11が芯線部3の複数の素線が2つに分割されているので、芯線部3の曲げ力が小さくなり、被覆部5から露出する芯線部3の長さを長くする必要なく、曲げ加工を容易に行うことができる。加えて、曲げ加工後の芯線部3の反力も小さくなり、端子化の前の形態保持を容易に行うことができる。

Claims (2)
- 複数の素線からなる芯線部の外周を被覆部で被覆した被覆電線と、この被覆電線の端末に設けられ前記芯線部を前記被覆部から露出させて前記芯線部が接続穴を有して端子化された端子部とを備えた端子化電線であって、
前記端子部は、前記芯線部の複数の素線が2つに分割され、この分割された複数の素線の先端がそれぞれ異なる方向に根元部に向けて折り返されて前記接続穴が形成されていることを特徴とする端子化電線。 - 被覆電線の端末の被覆部を剥がして複数の素線からなる芯線部を露出させる第1行程と、前記芯線部の複数の素線を2分割する第2行程と、前記分割された複数の素線の先端をそれぞれ異なる方向に根元部に向けて折り返し接続穴を形成させる第3行程と、前記接続穴が形成された芯線部を固化して端子部を形成させる第4行程とを有することを特徴とする端子化電線の製造方法。
