Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の二元冷凍装置は、低元側圧縮機、カスケード熱交換器、低元側膨張弁、低元側熱交換器を低元側冷媒配管で接続した低元側冷凍サイクルと、高元側圧縮機、高元側冷媒と被冷却媒体とを熱交換する熱交換器、高元側膨張弁、カスケード熱交換器を高元側冷媒配管で接続した高元側冷凍サイクルとが、カスケード熱交換器を介して熱的に接続され、冷凍装置を起動する際に、低元側圧縮機を起動し、その後、高元側圧縮機を起動する。本発明によれば、二元冷凍装置における冷凍サイクルの立ち上がりでのロスを抑制して、立ち上がりの悪化による暖房能力の低下を抑制することができる。

Claims (3)
- 低元側圧縮機、カスケード熱交換器、低元側膨張弁、低元側熱交換器を低元側冷媒配管で接続した低元側冷凍サイクルと、高元側圧縮機、高元側冷媒と被冷却媒体とを熱交換する熱交換器、高元側膨張弁、前記カスケード熱交換器を高元側冷媒配管で接続した高元側冷凍サイクルとが、前記カスケード熱交換器を介して熱的に接続された二元冷凍装置であって、
前記二元冷凍装置を起動する際に、前記低元側圧縮機を起動し、その後、前記高元側圧縮機を起動する二元冷凍装置。
- 請求項1において、前記二元冷凍装置を起動する際に、前記低元側圧縮機を起動し、前記カスケード熱交換器の温度が所定温度に到達すると、前記高元側圧縮機を起動する二元冷凍装置。
- 請求項2において、前記二元冷凍装置を起動する際に、前記低元側圧縮機を起動し、前記低元側圧縮機の起動から所定時間経過すると、前記カスケード熱交換器の温度が所定温度に到達していない場合であっても、前記高元側圧縮機を起動する二元冷凍装置。
