Abstract
【解決手段】カラーフィルタ基板は、第1の基材、カラーレジスト層、平坦層及び第1の配向層を備える。前記カラーフィルタ基板は、前記第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在する第1の偏光フィルムをさらに備える。アレイ基板は、第2の基材、絶縁層及び第2の配向層を備える。前記アレイ基板は、前記第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在する第2の偏光フィルムをさらに備える。

Description
アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、偏光した紫外線によって上記アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を照射し、第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第1の偏光フィルムを形成する工程、または、
リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、上記リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層におけるリオトロピック液晶分子の自己組織化が完了するまで待ち、第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第1の偏光フィルムを形成する工程を備える。
アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、偏光した紫外線によって上記アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を照射し、第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第2の偏光フィルムを形成する工程、または、
リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、上記リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層におけるリオトロピック液晶分子の自己組織化が完了するまで待ち、第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第2の偏光フィルムを形成する工程を備える。

Claims (12)
- 第1の基材、カラーレジスト層、平坦層及び第1の配向層を備えるカラーフィルタ基板であって、前記第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在する第1の偏光フィルムをさらに備えることを特徴とするカラーフィルタ基板。
- 前記第1の偏光フィルムは、第1の基材とカラーレジスト層との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタ基板。
- 前記第1の偏光フィルムは、カラーレジスト層と平坦層との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタ基板。
- 前記第1の偏光フィルムは、アゾポリマー液晶材料またはリオトロピック液晶材料によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタ基板。
- 前記第1の偏光フィルムの厚みは10μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタ基板。
- 第2の基材、絶縁層及び第2の配向層を備えるアレイ基板であって、前記第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在する第2の偏光フィルムをさらに備えることを特徴とするアレイ基板。
- 前記第2の偏光フィルムは、アゾポリマー液晶材料またはリオトロピック液晶材料によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記絶縁層は有機材料によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記第2の偏光フィルムの厚みは10μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のアレイ基板。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタ基板、及び/または、
請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアレイ基板を備えることを特徴とする液晶ディスプレイ。 - アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、偏光した紫外線によって前記アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を照射し、第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第1の偏光フィルムを形成する工程と、または、
リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、前記リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層におけるリオトロピック液晶分子の自己組織化が完了するまで待ち、第1の基材と平坦層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第1の偏光フィルムを形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカラーフィルタ基板を製造する方法。 - アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、偏光した紫外線によって前記アゾポリマー液晶材料の膜層を照射し、第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第2の偏光フィルムを形成する工程、または、
リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層を塗布し、前記リオトロピック液晶材料の膜層におけるリオトロピック液晶分子の自己組織化が完了するまで待ち、第2の基材と絶縁層との間に介在し、且つ偏光作用を有する第2の偏光フィルムを形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアレイ基板を製造する方法。
