Abstract
【解決手段】コンデンシング型給湯器1の外装ケース2は、前面開口部20を有し、潜熱回収式熱交換器5が収容された本体ケース2aと、前面開口部20を閉塞し、潜熱回収式熱交換器5を通って送られてくる燃焼排気を排出するための排気口9有する前カバー2bとを備える。前カバー2bの少なくとも排気口9上部に、金属酸化物で被覆されたマイカ顔料を含むパール調塗膜を塗装する。

Description
前記前カバーの少なくとも排気口上部の外装塗膜は、金属酸化物で被覆されたマイカ顔料を含むパール調塗膜を有するコンデンシング型給湯器である。
試料に、コンデンシング型給湯器から排出される燃焼排気(pH3程度)を直接吹き付けて結露を生じさせ、24時間後に外装塗膜に変色が生じていなかった場合を、○、変色が生じていた場合を、×として評価した。

Claims (2)
- 前面開口部を有し、潜熱回収式熱交換器が収容された本体ケースと、前記前面開口部を閉塞し、前記潜熱回収式熱交換器を通って送られてくる燃焼排気を排出するための排気口を有する前カバーとを備えたコンデンシング型給湯器であって、
前記前カバーの少なくとも排気口上部の外装塗膜は、金属酸化物で被覆されたマイカ顔料を含むパール調塗膜を有するコンデンシング型給湯器。 - 請求項1に記載のコンデンシング型給湯器において、
前記パール調塗膜は、酸化チタン粒子で被覆されたマイカ顔料を含むコンデンシング型給湯器。
