Abstract
【解決手段】遮熱塗料は、太陽光反射特性を有する白顔料を含有し被塗物に塗布される赤外線反射層Bと、赤外線を透過させる黒い有機顔料を含有し赤外線反射層Bの表面に塗布される赤外線透過層A2とを有し、赤外線透過層をA2透過して赤外線反射層Bに到達した赤外線を赤外線透過層A2を介して外部に反射させる。赤外線反射層に含まれる黒い有機顔料は、可視光の透過度よりも赤外線光の透過度が高いペリレンブラックであり、赤外線反射層Bの赤外線反射率は40%以上である。

Claims (6)
- 太陽光反射特性を有する白顔料を含有し、被塗物に塗布される赤外線反射層と、
赤外線を透過させる黒い有機顔料を含有し、前記赤外線反射層の表面に塗布される赤外線透過層とを有し、
前記赤外線透過層を透過して前記赤外線反射層に到達した赤外線を前記赤外線透過層を介して外部に反射させることを特徴とする遮熱塗料。 - 請求項1記載の遮熱塗料であって、前記黒い有機顔料は、可視光の透過度よりも赤外線光の透過度が高いペリレン顔料であることを特徴とする遮熱塗料。
- 請求項1または2記載の遮熱塗料であって、前記赤外線反射層は、前記白顔料に加えて、赤外線を吸収しにくい有機着色顔料と、赤外線を透過する黒い有機顔料と、太陽熱反射率が60%以上の無機系黄顔料との少なくともいずれかを有することを特徴とする遮熱塗料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の遮熱塗料であって、前記赤外線反射層は、前記白顔料と、赤外線を吸収しにくい有機着色顔料と、赤外線を透過する黒い有機顔料と、太陽熱反射率が60%以上の無機系黄顔料とを有することを特徴とする遮熱塗料。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遮熱塗料であって、前記赤外線反射層は太陽光中の赤外線の反射率が40%以上であり、明度L値が30〜50であることを特徴とする遮熱塗料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の遮熱塗料であり、前記被塗物は自動車車体を構成する外板であり、前記赤外線反射層を中塗り塗膜とし、前記赤外線透過層を前記中塗り塗膜の表面に塗布されるカラーベース層とすることを特徴とする遮熱塗料。
