Abstract
【解決手段】尿素インジェクタ3がエンジン1より高く配置されたNOx低減システムに用いられる冷却水循環装置に関し、エンジン1から導いた冷却水2を尿素インジェクタ3を経由させてから前記エンジン1に戻す系路の最も高い位置に三方分岐部10を設けて上向きのエア抜き口10aを増設し、該エア抜き口10aを前記尿素インジェクタ3より高所に配置されている冷却水2のヘッダタンク9(注水タンク)とエア抜き連絡管11を介して接続する。

Claims (3)
- 尿素インジェクタがエンジンより高く配置されたNOx低減システムに用いられる冷却水循環装置であって、エンジンから導いた冷却水を尿素インジェクタを経由させてから前記エンジンに戻す系路の最も高い位置に第一の三方分岐部を設けて上向きの第一エア抜き口を増設し、該第一エア抜き口を前記尿素インジェクタより高所に配置されている冷却水の注水タンクに対しエア抜き連絡管を介して接続したことを特徴とする冷却水循環装置。
- エンジンから導いた冷却水を冷却水遮断弁を介し尿素水ポンプと尿素水タンクを経由させてから前記エンジンに戻す系路を備え、該系路におけるエンジンから尿素水タンクに向かう往路の冷却水遮断弁の入側を前記往路における最も高い位置とし且つ該位置に第二の三方分岐部を設けて上向きの第二エア抜き口を増設すると共に、前記尿素水タンクから前記エンジンに戻る復路の途中を前記復路における最も高い位置とし且つ該位置に第三の三方分岐部を設けて上向きの第三エア抜き口を増設し、前記第二エア抜き口から導いた冷却水を前記尿素インジェクタを経由させて前記第三エア抜き口に戻すように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却水循環装置。
- 尿素インジェクタに対する冷却水の出入口に高低差を付けることで冷却水を低い側から導入して高い側から抜き出すように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の冷却水循環装置。
